In the qualification work, an attempt was made to characterize the youth as a socio-demographic category and its requests and priorities; analyzed the most common social problems of young people; the process of forming a healthy lifestyle of modern youth was investigated; the main directions of propaganda are characterized; the practical aspect of popularizing a healthy lifestyle for young people is investigated.
