Удосконаленню освітнього середовища в закладах загальної середньої освіти сприятиме компетентнісної підхід, а реалізація змісту навчальної програми трудового навчання через призму компетентнісного підходу спрямована на розвиток предметних, ключових а проєктно-технологічних компетентностей. В результаті теоретичного аналізу сучасних методичних особливостей проведення занять трудового навчання розроблено фрагменти робочого зошиту до тем «Технологія виготовлення швейних виробів ручним способом» та «Технологія виготовлення швейних виробів машинним способом» для учнів 7-8 класів та приклад творчого проєкту з теми «Технологія виготовлення сучасних брюк» для учнів 9-их класів. Впровадження в освітню діяльність сучасних педагогічних технологій на заняттях трудового навчання сприятиме формуванню та розвитку предметних та ключових компетентностей. The competence approach will contribute to the improvement of the educational environment in general secondary education institutions, and the implementation of the content of the labor training curriculum through the prism of the competence approach is aimed at the development of subject, key and project-technological competencies. As a result of theoretical analysis of modern methodological features of labor training, fragments of a workbook on "Technology of manufacturing garments by hand" and "Technology of manufacturing garments by machine" for students 7-8 classes and an example of a creative project on "Technology of modern pants "for 9th grade students. The introduction of modern pedagogical technologies in educational activities in labor training will contribute to the formation and development of subject and key competencies.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню оцінюванню напрямів оптимізації фінансового потенціалу підприємства. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи оцінки фінансового потенціалу підприємства, визначені роль, поняття, види та основні напрямки оцінки фінансового стану підприємства; відображені особливості та недоліки оцінки фінансового потенціалу в сучасних умовах; наведено порівняння зарубіжного і вітчизняного досвіду проведення оцінки фінансового стану підприємства; здійснено аналіз фінансового потенціалу АТ «Автопобутсервіс», а саме фінансової стійкості, ліквідності і платоспроможності і на основі нього визначені основні напрямки покращення фінансового потенціалу. Qualification work is devoted to the study and evaluation of areas of optimization of the financial potential of the enterprise. The paper considers the theoretical foundations of assessing the financial potential of the enterprise, defines the role, concepts, types and main directions of assessing the financial condition of the enterprise; reflected features and shortcomings of the assessment of financial potential in modern conditions; a comparison of foreign and domestic experience in assessing the financial condition of the enterprise; the analysis of the financial potential of JSC "Avtopobutservis", namely financial stability, liquidity and solvency was carried out and on the basis of it the main directions of financial potential improvement were determined.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних та практичних засад діагностики фінансового стану підприємства з метою його поліпшення. У роботі досліджено сутність та визначено методи і показники діагностики фінансового стану підприємства. Розкрито організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства та оцінено його фінансовий стан. Проведена діагностику ймовірності банкрутства підприємства та виявлено шляхи і напрями, які підприємство може використовувати для покращення фінансового стану. Qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical principles of diagnosis of the financial condition of the enterprise in order to improve it. The essence of methods and indicators of diagnostics of a financial condition of the enterprise are investigated in work. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are revealed and its financial condition is estimated. The probability of bankruptcy of the enterprise is diagnosed and the ways and directions which the enterprise can use for improvement of a financial condition are revealed.

У роботі розглядається використання проєктного методу, який отримав у наш час украй велике поширення в освітній діяльності на уроках трудового навчання. Метод проєктів - це сумісність навчально-пізнавальних прийомів, які дозволяють вирішити ті або інші проблеми в результаті автономних дій учнів з неодмінною презентацією цих результатів. Особливу увагу адресується на розвиток позитивної мотивації учнів, реалізації творчого підходу в освітньому процесі, самостійне отримання знань. Для цього треба застосовувати нетрадиційні форми організації навчально-пізнавальної діяльності й розвитку учнів, що дозволяють найглибше продемонструвати свої особистісні якості й творчі здобутки./ The paper considers the use of the project method, which has become extremely common in educational activities in the lessons of labor training. The method of projects is the compatibility of educational and cognitive techniques that allow to solve certain problems as a result of autonomous actions of students with the inevitable presentation of these results. Particular attention is paid to the development of positive motivation of students, the implementation of a creative approach in the educational process, independent acquisition of knowledge. For this purpose it is necessary to apply non-traditional forms of the organization of educational and cognitive activity and development of pupils which allow to show the deepest personal qualities and creative achievements.

Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the financial policy of local governments in the context of decentralization. The paper reveals the economic essence of the concept of "financial policy", clarifies the principles and mechanism of financial policy of local government, identifies the purpose and structure of financial decentralization, summarizes the analysis of the local budget, substantiates the assessment of local budget sources, formed an analysis of local revenue. budget, described ways and directions of improving the financial policy of local governments.

У кваліфікаційній роботі розкривається сутність понять «прибуток» та «прибутковість», значення прибутку у сучасних умовах господарювання. Висвітлено тлумачення вітчизняних авторів стосовно сутності поняття «прибуток». Аналіз трактування прибутку різними вченими свідчить, що немає єдиного підходу щодо визначення сутності цієї економічної категорії. Тому задля успішного управління прибутком підприємства, передусім треба чітко визначити сутність поняття «прибуток», його складові елементи та чинники, що на нього впливають в зв'язку з цим розглянуто класифікацію видів прибутку. Прибуток є рушійною силою і мотивом діяльності підприємств та організацій, яка дозволяє підприємству утримувати свої позиції на ринку і забезпечувати динамічний розвиток виробництва в умовах конкуренції. The qualification work reveals the essence of the concepts of «profit» and «profitability», the meaning of profit in modern business conditions. The interpretation of domestic authors regarding the essence of the concept of «profit» is highlighted. Analysis of the interpretation of profits by various scholars shows that there is no single approach to defining the essence of this economic category. Therefore, in order to successfully manage the profit of the enterprise, first of all it is necessary to clearly define the essence of the concept of «profit», its constituent elements and factors that affect it in this regard, the classification of types of profit. Profit is the driving force and motive of enterprises and organizations, which allows the company to maintain its position in the market and ensure the dynamic development of production in a competitive environment.

ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ СУЧАСНИХ МЕТОДІВ ПОПЕРЕДЖЕННЯ БАНКРУТСТВА НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВІ

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів і методичного інструментарію комплексної протидії кризовим процесам. У роботі визначені емпіричні елементи банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів, основні чинники походження переломних явищ на вітчизняних суб’єктах господарювання, існуючі методичні підходи до діагностики ймовірності банкрутства, методи попередження банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів. У ході дослідження виявлено, що неодмінною умовою оздоровлення вітчизняної фінансової системи є антикризове управління та санація суб’єктів господарської діяльності. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of bankruptcy of economic entities and methodological tools for comprehensive counteraction to crisis processes. The paper identifies the empirical elements of bankruptcy of economic entities, the main factors of the origin of critical phenomena in domestic economic entities, the existing methodological approaches to diagnosing the probability of bankruptcy, methods of preventing bankruptcy of economic entities. The study revealed that a prerequisite for the recovery of the domestic financial system is crisis management and rehabilitation of economic entities.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню основних напрямків підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів підприємства. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів, визначена економічна сутність, завдання і поняття трудових ресурсів, проведено аналіз забезпеченості підприємства трудовими ресурсами, здійснена оцінка їх використання на прикладі МКП «ВУВКГ м. Херсона» та наведені заходи щодо підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів. Abstract: Qualification work is devoted to the study of the main directions of improving the efficiency of labor resources of the enterprise. The theoretical bases of the analysis of efficiency of use of labor resources are considered in the work, the economic essence, tasks and concepts of labor resources are defined, the analysis of provision of the enterprise with labor resources is carried out, their use is estimated on an example.

У роботі узагальнено теоретичні та методичні основи прибутковості на підприємствах та дослідити наукові підходи до визначення поняття «прибутковість»; досліджено питання щодо основних показників прибутковості підприємств; проаналізовано організаційно-економічний стан підприємства ПрАТ «Південна винокурня» Херсонської області; здійснено оцінку та аналіз стану прибутковості на підприємстві за ряд років та чинників його розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to the definition of reserves and ways to increase the profitability of production at the enterprise on the basis of assessment and analysis of its indicators. The paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of profitability in enterprises and explore scientific approaches to defining the concept of «profitability»; the questions concerning the basic indicators of profitability of the enterprises are investigated; the organizational and economic condition of the enterprise of PJSC «Southern distillery» of the Kherson region is analyzed; an assessment and analysis of the state of profitability at the enterprise for a number of years and factors of its development.
