Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню фінансової стійкості підприємства та напрямів її покращення. У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи аналізу фінансової стійкості, визначені її поняття, сутність та фактори, що впливають на фінансову характеристику підприємства; здійснено аналіз фінансової стійкості ПрАТ «Фрідом Фарм Інтернешнл», а саме досліджено горизонтальний баланс підприємсва, ліквідность і платоспроможність і на основі нього визначені основні напрямки покращення фінансової стійкості досліджуваного підприємства. Qualification work is devoted to the study of financial stability of the enterprise and areas for improvement. The theoretical bases of the analysis of financial stability are considered in the work, its concepts, essence and the factors influencing the financial characteristic of the enterprise are defined; the analysis of financial stability of «Freedom Pharm International» is carried out, namely the horizontal balance of the enterprise, liquidity and solvency is investigated and on the basis of it the basic directions of improvement of financial stability of the investigated enterprise are defined.

У роботі розкрита економічна сутність поняття «фінансова політика», з’ясовані принципи та механізм реалізації фінансової політики місцевого самоврядування, виявлено мету та структуру фінансової децентралізації, узагальнено аналіз стану місцевого бюджету, обґрунтовано оцінка джерел формування доходів місцевого бюджету, сформовано аналіз виконання доходної частини місцевого бюджету, охарактеризовані шляхи та напрями покращення фінансової політики органів місцевого самоврядування. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the financial policy of local governments in the context of decentralization. У кваліфікаційній роботі розкривається сутність понять «прибуток» та «прибутковість», значення прибутку у сучасних умовах господарювання. Висвітлено тлумачення вітчизняних авторів стосовно сутності поняття «прибуток». Аналіз трактування прибутку різними вченими свідчить, що немає єдиного підходу щодо визначення сутності цієї економічної категорії. Тому задля успішного управління прибутком підприємства, передусім треба чітко визначити сутність поняття «прибуток», його складові елементи та чинники, що на нього впливають в зв'язку з цим розглянуто класифікацію видів прибутку. Прибуток є рушійною силою і мотивом діяльності підприємств та організацій, яка дозволяє підприємству утримувати свої позиції на ринку і забезпечувати динамічний розвиток виробництва в умовах конкуренції. The qualification work reveals the essence of the concepts of «profit» and «profitability», the meaning of profit in modern business conditions. The interpretation of domestic authors regarding the essence of the concept of «profit» is highlighted. Analysis of the interpretation of profits by various scholars shows that there is no single approach to defining the essence of this economic category. Therefore, in order to successfully manage the profit of the enterprise, first of all it is necessary to clearly define the essence of the concept of «profit», its constituent elements and factors that affect it in this regard, the classification of types of profit. Profit is the driving force and motive of enterprises and organizations, which allows the company to maintain its position in the market and ensure the dynamic development of production in a competitive environment.

У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено основні підходи до трактування сутності фінансового стану підприємства. Розглянуто найважливіші аспекти методик аналізу фінансового стану суб’єкта господарювання. Встановлено ключові групи показників, що використовуються при оцінці фінансового стану підприємства. Подано порядок їх розрахунку у відповідності із формами фінансової звітності, окреслено коротку характеристику та нормативні значення показників. Визначено важливість проведення аналізу фінансового стану підприємства. In the qualification work the basic approaches to interpretation of essence of a financial condition of the enterprise are investigated. The most important aspects of the methods of analysis of the financial condition of the entity are considered. The key groups of indicators used in assessing the financial condition of the enterprise are identified. The order of their calculation in accordance with the forms of financial reporting is given, a brief description and normative values of indicators are outlined. The importance of the analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise is determined.

Технологічна освіта в закладів загальної середньої освіти визначається як процес залучення здобувачів освіти до засобів, форм і методів практичної діяльності та розвитку відповідальності за її результати. Це процес навчання учнів творчій цілеспрямованій діяльності, орієнтований на використання теоретичних знань в цілях створення продукту праці, що задовольняє певні потреби людини. Однією з тем, що вивчаються на заняттях трудового навчання є технології ручної обробки металів. В результаті теоретичного аналізу організаційно-методичних підходів проведення занять трудового навчання розроблена методика виготовлення об’єктів праці засобами технології оброблення тонколистового металу з учнями 5-их класів Technological education in general secondary education institutions is defined as the process of involving students in the means, forms and methods of practical activities and the development of responsibility for its results. It is a process of teaching students creative and purposeful activities, focused on the use of theoretical knowledge in order to create a product of labor that meets certain human needs. One of the topics studied in labor training is the technology of manual processing of metals. As a result of the theoretical analysis of organizational and methodical approaches of carrying out of employment of labor training the technique of manufacturing of objects of work by means of technology of processing of sheet metal with pupils of 5th classes is developed.

У роботі розглянуто теоретичні основи аналізу ефективності використання трудових ресурсів, визначена економічна сутність, завдання і поняття трудових ресурсів, проведено аналіз забезпеченості підприємства трудовими ресурсами, здійснена оцінка їх використання на прикладі МКП «ВУВКГ м. Херсона» та наведені заходи щодо підвищення ефективності використання трудових ресурсів. У роботі узагальнено теоретичні та методичні основи прибутковості на підприємствах та дослідити наукові підходи до визначення поняття «прибутковість»; досліджено питання щодо основних показників прибутковості підприємств; проаналізовано організаційно-економічний стан підприємства ПрАТ «Південна винокурня» Херсонської області; здійснено оцінку та аналіз стану прибутковості на підприємстві за ряд років та чинників його розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to the definition of reserves and ways to increase the profitability of production at the enterprise on the basis of assessment and analysis of its indicators. The paper summarizes the theoretical and methodological foundations of profitability in enterprises and explore scientific approaches to defining the concept of «profitability»; the questions concerning the basic indicators of profitability of the enterprises are investigated; the organizational and economic condition of the enterprise of PJSC «Southern distillery» of the Kherson region is analyzed; an assessment and analysis of the state of profitability at the enterprise for a number of years and factors of its development.

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню теоретичних основ банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів і методичного інструментарію комплексної протидії кризовим процесам. У роботі визначені емпіричні елементи банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів, основні чинники походження переломних явищ на вітчизняних суб’єктах господарювання, існуючі методичні підходи до діагностики ймовірності банкрутства, методи попередження банкрутства господарюючих суб’єктів. У ході дослідження виявлено, що неодмінною умовою оздоровлення вітчизняної фінансової системи є антикризове управління та санація суб’єктів господарської діяльності. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the theoretical foundations of bankruptcy of economic entities and methodological tools for comprehensive counteraction to crisis processes. The paper identifies the empirical elements of bankruptcy of economic entities, the main factors of the origin of critical phenomena in domestic economic entities, the existing methodological approaches to diagnosing the probability of bankruptcy, methods of preventing bankruptcy of economic entities. The study revealed that a prerequisite for the recovery of the domestic financial system is crisis management and rehabilitation of economic entities.
