    ПРОБЛЕМИ СТАНОВЛЕННЯ ГЕНДЕРНОЇ ОСВІТИ В ПОСТРАДЯНСЬКИХ СУСПІЛЬСТВАХ

    У статті розглянуто спільні проблеми становлення гендерної освіти в суспільствах пострадянського простору, серед яких – уплив загальних політичних процесів, спільна радянська соціалізація, тенденція вкорінення гендерних теорій у національний контекст, близькі контакти з міжнародними організаціями по інтеграції гендерних досліджень, просування гендерних програм в освіті „знизу”, обмеженість навчальних ресурсів. Визначено, що початок розвитку гендерної освіти в знов утворених державах після розпаду радянського союзу припадає на другу половину 90-х рр. В статье рассмотрены типичные проблемы становления гендерного образования в странах постсоветского пространства, среди которых – влияние общих политических процессов, общая советская социализация, тенденция укоренения гендерных теорий в национальный контекст, близкие контакты с международными организациями по интеграции гендерных исследований, продвижение гендерных программ в образовании «снизу», ограниченность учебных ресурсов. Определено, что начало развития гендерного образования во вновь образованных государствах после распада советского союза припадает на вторую половину 90-х гг. In the article the typical problems of becoming of gender education in the countries of post-soviet space are examined. They are the influence of general political processes, common soviet socialization, tendency of taking root of gender theories in a national context, close contacts with international organizations on integration of gender researches, introducing the gender programs into education "from" below, limit of educational resources. Late 90th is defined the beginning of gender education in the post-soviet societies.

В статье обосновывается, что организация обучения в условиях кооперации способствует приобретению студентами опыта эгалитарного гендерного взаимодействия. In the article the organization of students’ teaching in the conditions of cooperation is justified as a factor of the experience of egalitarian gender interaction gaining.

    INTERNATIONAL TREATIES ON GENDER EQUALITY AS THE LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR GENDER EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT IN THE POST-SOVIET COUNTRIES

    The paper deals with the international treaties that are generally agreed today to be universal legal framework in the field of equality between men and women (International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, Declaration on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women, The Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women). The subsequent ratification of these treaties by the post-Soviet countries promoted to embody them in domestic law for the implementation of gender equality, so it was a legal basis for the development of gender education in the post-Soviet space.
