    Розглянуто підходи для визначення конкурентоспроможності підприємств та чинники, що сприяють та стримують її розвиток. Визначено сучасний рівень конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що ми досліджуємо. Запропоновано конкретні заходи для підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства. Визначено рівень ефективності запропонованих засобів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства/Approaches to determining the competitiveness of enterprises and factors contributing to and restraining its development are considered. The current level of competitiveness of the enterprise that we are investigating has been determined. Specific measures are proposed to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The level of effectiveness of the proposed means of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise was determined.

    УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНИХ СТРУКТУР УПРАВЛІННЯ У ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ СФЕРИ

    У роботі узагальнено наукові дослідження зарубіжних та вітчизняних вчених з питань формування організаційної структури управління; досліджено механізм формування організаційної структури управління ¬у підприємницьких структурах; надано оцінку існуючої методики аналізу організаційних структур управління у підприємницьких структурах та внесено пропозиції щодо її ¬вдосконалення. Розроблено механізм формування корпоративного центру у великих диверсифікованих компаніях. Запропоновано модель формування організаційної структури управління у підприємницьких структурах та розроблено рекомендації щодо оптимізації організаційної структури управління підприємством. The work summarizes the scientific research of foreign and domestic scientists on the formation of the organizational structure of management; the mechanism of formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures was investigated; an assessment of the existing methodology for the analysis of organizational structures of management in business structures is provided and suggestions for its improvement are made. A mechanism for forming a corporate center in large diversified companies has been developed. A model of the formation of the organizational structure of management in entrepreneurial structures is proposed, and recommendations for optimizing the organizational structure of enterprise management are developed.
