В статье проанализированы существующие подходы к толкованию, соотношению и соподчинению понятий «компетенция» и «компетентность», представлено авторское видение их отличительных черт. In the article the existent going is analysed near interpretation, correlation and collateral subordination of concepts «competense» and «competence», vision of author is presented in relation to their distinguishing features.
