М.; Шерман, М. І.; Самчинська, Я. БThe accelerated development of the food industry is one of priorities of the state social and economic policy of Ukraine. The article deals with the component analysis of the development levels of food industry enterprises on the example of Kherson creameries. It is aimed at determination of their real development level, working up of measures for increasing the low level and fixing of the high development level of the enterprises under research. The basic organizational and economic components are established, which provide the management efficiency of food industry enterprises: innovation, marketing, technical-technological and motivational. The development levels on organizational and economic components are base for determination of an integrated index of the development level of enterprise. It is offered to calculate this indicator as an average geometrical from multiplication of the development level index on organizational component and the development level index on economic component. Results of calculations of integrated indexes of the development levels of food industry enterprises are provided. The practical application of the proposed approach regarding the calculation of the integral index of the development level makes it possible to monitor the situation of food industry enterprises and to ground the organizational support of the investigated companies taking into account specifics of food industry.Item РЕГІОНАЛЬНА СПЕЦИФІКА РОЗВИТКУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ ТА ПРОБЛЕМИ НАПОВНЕННЯ НАВЧАЛЬНИМ КОНТЕНТОМ ДИСТАНЦІЙНИХ КУРСІВ(2016) Шерман, Є. І.Based on the author's structural logic model of organizational-economic mechanism of development of the food industry, which allows for the comparison of results and goals of the enterprise, depending on the impact of external and internal factors made forecasting the level of its development. Done economic and mathematical modeling of the overall integrated development of the food industry, located in Ukraine Kherson region. The mathematical model consists of equations for administrative, staffing, motivation, information and communication, financial, innovation, investment, marketing, technological and environmental components. Linear regression equation obtained after analysis of the matrix of pair correlations between these indicators, allowing dynamic display and make forecasting overall index of integral development of the food industry. It is proved that under the conditions of the proposed measures to ensure the overall development of enterprise integral indicator of development for the company to improve from low to average. Results of integrated forecasting performance of companies present in the form of thematic web resource to improve the investment attractiveness of the region. Determined that the promising implementation tasks modeling integral index of regional enterprises to determine their investment attractiveness in the educational process of training future economists in the form of practical tasks for individual work as part of distance learning courses disciplines "Regional Economics" and "Econometrics", that, turn requires updates and supplements the course "economic science". The proposed approach will allow, on the one hand provide operative information of domestic and foreign investors about the prospects of the region, on the other - will allow impartial expert community objectively evaluate the level of training of future economists in the solution of problems of practical professional activity.
