Item ВЗАЄМОЗВ’ЯЗОК ВНУТРІШНЬОЇ МОТИВАЦІЇ ТА КАР’ЄРНОГО ЗРОСТАННЯ У СПОРТСМЕНІВ(2024) Дробот, К. В.Робота присвячена виявленні специфічних зв’язків між типами мотивації та переживанням суб’єктивного кар’єрного успіху осіб з різним рівнем спортивної майстерності. Проаналізовані відмінності мотиваційних профілів та складових суб’єктивного сприйняття кар’єрного успіху у студентів з різним рівнем спортивної майстерності (спортсмени, яким присвоєні юнацькі та дорослі розряди, кандидати у майстри спорту і майстри спорту), що дозволило глибше зрозуміти особливості та динаміку мотивації на різних етапах спортивного становлення. Встановлено кореляційні зв’язки між глористичною мотивацією, емоційним задоволенням від діяльності, мотивом фізичного самовдосконалення та суб’єктивними показниками кар’єрного успіху; це забезпечує новий погляд на роль мотиваційного профілю у кар’єрному просуванні спортсменів. У кваліфікаційній роботі були використані два опитувальники, розроблені сучасники українськими авторами. За даними проведеного аналізу виявлено ряд достовірних кореляцій між параметрами мотивації та показниками суб’єктивного кар'єрного успіху. Практичне значення результатів полягає у можливості розробки індивідуалізованих програм психологічної підтримки спортсменів залежно від їхніх мотиваційних профілів та етапу спортивної кар'єри. The paper is devoted to the identification of specific links between the types of motivation and the experience of subjective career success of individuals with different levels of sportsmanship. The differences in motivational profiles and components of subjective perception of career success in students with different levels of sports skills (athletes with youth and adult categories, candidates for master of sports and master of sports) are analyzed, which allowed a deeper understanding of the features and dynamics of motivation at different stages of sports formation. The correlations between gloristic motivation, emotional satisfaction from activity, the motive of physical self-improvement and subjective indicators of career success were established; this provides a new perspective on the role of the motivational profile in the career advancement of athletes. The qualification work used two questionnaires developed by contemporary Ukrainian authors. The analysis revealed a number of significant correlations between the parameters of motivation and indicators of subjective career success. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of developing individualized programs of psychological support for athletes depending on their motivational profiles and the stage of their sports career.Item УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ПРОЦЕДУРИ ПРИЙНЯТТЯ УПРАВЛІНСЬКИХ РІШЕНЬ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ(2024) Дробот, К. В.У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади сутності управлінського рішення; вивчено типологію управлінських рішень. Оцінено методи прийняття управлінських рішень; досліджено застосування методів обґрунтування рішень до різних управлінських ситуацій. Здійснено оцінку сучасного стану та проблем функціонування видавничо-поліграфічної галузі України. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення процедури прийняття управлінських рішень для підприємств поліграфічної галузі. The study explores the theoretical foundations of the essence of managerial decision-making and examines the typology of managerial decisions. It evaluates the methods of managerial decision-making and investigates the application of decision-making methods in various managerial situations. The current state and challenges of the publishing and printing industry in Ukraine have been assessed. Suggestions for improving the decision-making process for enterprises in the printing industry have been proposed.
