Д.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню розвитку рухових якостей дітей молодшого шкільного віку з використанням фітнес технологій. З’ясовано, що дану методику можна використовувати у процесі фізичного виховання школярів у загальноосвітніх навчальних закладах, тому що вона позитивно впливає на фізичний розвиток дітей молодшого шкільного віку та залучає їх до занять фізичними вправами. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of motor skills of primary school children with the use of fitness technologies. Д.Із введенням карантину в Україні, ми змінили класичне навчання на дистанційне. З таким досвідом, на нашу думку, ми зіткнулись вперше, і спочатку це призвело до певних проблем із якими зіткнулися як учні, так і вчителі, але згодом всі адаптувалися до цього. Фізичне виховання, звісно, також повинно проводитись дистанційно. І посеред навчального року викладачі змушені швидко опановувати нові технології. І тепер стала актуальна організація самостійної роботи з фізичного виховання. With the introduction of quarantine in Ukraine, we have changed the classical training to distance learning. In our opinion, we encountered this experience for the first time, and at first it led to certain problems that both students and teachers faced, but later everyone adapted to it. Physical education, of course, must also be conducted remotely. And in the middle of the school year, teachers are forced to quickly master new technologies. Д.Система управління персоналом зараз відчуває кардинальні конфігурації як в нашій країні, так і в державах з розвинутою ринковою економікою. Системи управління персоналом відрізняються. Пов'язано напевно з тим, ніби в нашій країні система управління персоналом як важливе спрямованість економіки стала організовуватися порівняно недавно. І якщо для держав з розвинутою ринковою економікою в системі управління персоналом склалася стабільна орієнтація на гуманістичні значення, тісніше має розвинену практику залучення трудівників в справи компанії, активізуючи їх творчий потенціал, то для українських компаній важливим зараз вважається засвоєння всіх різних форм і технологій в системі управління персоналом, вироблених в розвинених державах і адаптованих до ринкових умов. The personnel management system is now experiencing cardinal configurations both in our country and in countries with developed market economies. Personnel management systems are different. Probably due to the fact that in our country the system of personnel management as an important direction of the economy has been organized relatively recently.
