С.Робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей функціювання та відтворення англійськомовних термінів у текстах транспортної логістики. У роботі розглядаються особливості творення української термінології, наведено класифікації термінів різних вчених, а також їх розуміння та визначення поняття «термін». У практичній частині особливу увагу сфокусовано на специфіці відтворення термінів у текстах транспортної логістики: труднощі та способи їх перекладу. The work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the functioning and reproduction of English terms in the texts of transport logistics. The paper considers the peculiarities of the creation of Ukrainian terminology, classifications of terms of different scholars, as well as their understanding and definition of the term "term". С.Робота присвячена актуальній проблемі відтворення гумору при перекладі телевізійного жанру ситком. У роботі надано визначення поняттю гумор, а також наведено його класифікацію. Окреслено головні особливості та жанрову специфіку ситкому, а також проаналізовано труднощі, які виникають під час аудіовізуального перекладання цього телевізійного жанру. The qualifying paper is focused on reaserching the spesificity of humor reproduction while translating of the sitcom as television genre. The paper defines the concept of humor as well as its classification. The main genre features and genre classification of sitcom are outlined. This paper also deals with the analysis of lexical and stylistic peculiarities of humor and difficulties that arise while audiovisual translation of the sitcom as television genre.
