А.У роботі досліджено теоретичні засади лідерства як чинника ефективного управління підприємством. Висвітлено основні підходи до класифікації типів лідерства та методів оцінювання його впливу на управлінські процеси. На прикладі діяльності СТОВ «Агрофірма Корсунь» здійснено оцінку ефективності лідерства та запропоновано шляхи його вдосконалення для підвищення результативності управління. The study explores the theoretical foundations of leadership as a factor of effective enterprise management. It highlights the main approaches to classifying leadership types and evaluating their influence on managerial processes. Based on the case of PE “Agrofirma Korsun,” the effectiveness of leadership is assessed and directions for its improvement are proposed to enhance managerial performance.
