    Останні роки, в Україні спостерігається зростання числа дітей із затримкою психічного розвитку (далі - ЗПР). Це викликано і обумовлено низкою факторів, серед яких основними є проблеми зі здоров'ям матері під час вагітності, передчасні пологи, соматичні і хронічні захворювання дітей, соціальне оточення, відносини в родині і т. д. Проблема виховання і навчання молодших школярів із ЗПР відноситься до числа важливих і актуальних в соціальній педагогіці. Іn recent years, there has been an increase in the number of children with mental retardation (hereinafter - CPD) in Ukraine. This is caused by a number of factors, among which the main are problems with maternal health during pregnancy, premature birth, somatic and chronic diseases of children, social environment, family relationships, etc. The problem of education and training of primary school children with CPR is among the important and relevant in social pedagogy.
