С.Кваліфікаційна робота полягає в поглибленні теоретичних основ та оптимізації структури витрат підприємства під час воєнного стану. Визначенно сутність, змісту та класифікації витрат підприємства; досліджена система управління витратами на підприємтсві, розглянуті методи оптимізації витрат на підприємстві; проведено грунтовний аналіз ефективності витрат на ПрАТ «МХП»; та розроблено заходи щодо оптимізації витрат даного підприємства. The qualification work consists in deepening the theoretical foundations and optimizing the cost structure of the enterprise during martial law. The essence, content and classification of enterprise expenses are determined; the cost management system at the enterprise was studied, the methods of cost optimization at the enterprise were considered; a thorough analysis of the effectiveness of spending on PrJSC "MHP" was carried out; and measures have been developed to optimize the costs of this enterprise.
