Item КОПІНГ-СТРАТЕГІЇ ПОДОЛАННЯ КРИЗОВИХ СИТУАЦІЙ ПОДРУЖЖЯМ(2024) Черкасова, О. В.Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвяченадослідженню копінг-стратегій подолання кризових ситуацій у подружжя. Емпірично визначено копінг-стратегії, які використовують подружжя для подолання стресових та кризових моментів у сімейному житті.Встановлено ключові види копінг-стратегій: проблемно-орієнтовані, емоційно-орієнтовані, а також соціально-підтримуючі методи подолання кризи. Розроблено програму підвищення ефективності копінг-стратегій у подружжя засобами психологічної підтримки та консультування. За допомогою методів статистичної обробки даних оцінено ефективність запропонованих заходів у покращенні адаптації подружжя до кризових ситуацій. The master's qualification thesis is dedicated to the study of coping strategies for overcoming crisis situations in married couples. Empirical research identified the coping strategies employed by couples to manage stressful and crisis moments in family life. Key types of coping strategies were established: problem-oriented, emotion-oriented, and socially supportive methods for overcoming crises. A program was developed to enhance the effectiveness of couples' coping strategies through psychological support and counseling. The effectiveness of the proposed measures in improving couples' adaptation to crisis situations was assessed using statistical data processing methods
