Item РОЗРОБКА РЕКОМЕНДАЦІЙ ЩОДО ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ РОБОТИ ЛАУНЖ-КАФЕ «ПІРАТОС»(2025) Лобас, К. О.У кваліфікаційній роботі всебічно досліджено діяльність лаунж-кафе «Піратос» з метою розробки ефективних рекомендацій щодо оптимізації його функціонування в умовах сучасного ресторанного ринку. Проаналізовано основні показники ефективності роботи закладу, рівень якості обслуговування, управління персоналом, асортимент страв і напоїв, а також маркетингову політику, що застосовується у практиці кафе. Особливу увагу приділено виявленню внутрішніх недоліків у процесах обслуговування клієнтів, організації робочого процесу та позиціонуванні кафе на ринку. Проведено порівняльний аналіз конкурентного середовища та вивчено досвід функціонування подібних закладів у регіоні. На основі проведеного аналізу сформовано практичні рекомендації щодо удосконалення обслуговування, оптимізації витрат, покращення комунікації з клієнтами, впровадження інновацій у маркетингову діяльність, а також підвищення мотивації та професійної підготовки персоналу. Запропоновані заходи спрямовані на покращення загальної ефективності роботи закладу, збільшення прибутковості та підвищення лояльності клієнтів. This qualification paper provides a comprehensive study of the operations of the lounge café "Piratos" with the aim of developing effective recommendations for optimizing its performance in the context of the modern restaurant market. The research analyzes the café's key performance indicators, quality of customer service, personnel management, menu offerings, and marketing strategies currently in use. Particular attention is paid to identifying internal shortcomings in customer service processes, organizational workflow, and the café’s market positioning. A comparative analysis of competitors is conducted, along with a review of successful operational practices of similar establishments in the region. Based on the findings, the study proposes practical recommendations aimed at improving service quality, optimizing operational costs, enhancing communication with clients, implementing innovative marketing tools, and strengthening staff motivation and professional development. The proposed measures are designed to improve overall operational efficiency, increase profitability, and enhance customer loyalty.Item ВПРОВАДЖЕННЯ SCRUM-ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ У МЕНЕДЖМЕНТ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В КОНТЕКСТІ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ(2025) Шевченко, В.О.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено особливості впровадження SCRUM-технологій у менеджмент підприємства сталого розвитку. Розкрито теоретичні засади гнучких методів управління, зокрема SCRUM, та їхню актуальність у контексті сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано переваги SCRUM у підвищенні ефективності управлінських процесів, адаптивності підприємств до змін зовнішнього середовища та покращенні командної взаємодії. Досліджено практичні аспекти впровадження SCRUM у діяльність підприємств, визначено основні бар'єри та шляхи їх подолання. Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід застосування SCRUM у сфері сталого розвитку. Надано рекомендації щодо інтеграції SCRUM-методології у систему управління підприємствами для забезпечення їх довгострокової ефективності, екологічної відповідальності та соціальної орієнтованості. The qualification thesis investigates the implementation of SCRUM technologies in the management of a sustainable development enterprise. It outlines the theoretical foundations of agile management methods, particularly SCRUM, and their relevance in the context of sustainable development. The study analyzes the advantages of SCRUM in improving management efficiency, enhancing enterprise adaptability to external changes, and strengthening team collaboration. Practical aspects of integrating SCRUM into business operations are examined, with a focus on identifying key challenges and ways to overcome them. The paper also considers international experience in applying SCRUM within the field of sustainability. Висвітлено основні підходи до класифікації типів лідерства та методів оцінювання його впливу на управлінські процеси. На прикладі діяльності СТОВ «Агрофірма Корсунь» здійснено оцінку ефективності лідерства та запропоновано шляхи його вдосконалення для підвищення результативності управління. The study explores the theoretical foundations of leadership as a factor of effective enterprise management. It highlights the main approaches to classifying leadership types and evaluating their influence on managerial processes. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу організації ефективного управління у сфері ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі ресторану «Терраса». Проаналізовано ключові аспекти управління, включаючи планування, контроль якості, мотивацію персоналу та оптимізацію бізнес-процесів. Особливо увага приділена формуванню клієнтоорієнтованої стратегії та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності закладу. Розглянуто роль інноваційних підходів у підвищенні ефективності роботи ресторану. На основі отриманих даних розроблено практичні рекомендації для покращення управлінських рішень. Висновки підкреслюють важливість системного підходу та гнучкості в управлінні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of organizing effective management in the restaurant business using the example of the restaurant "Terrasa". Key aspects of management are analyzed, including planning, quality control, staff motivation and optimization of business processes. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a customer-oriented strategy and increasing the competitiveness of the institution. The role of innovative approaches in increasing the efficiency of the restaurant's work is considered. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations for improving management decisions are developed. The paper examines the main principles and methods of project management in the international business environment. Special attention is given to the specifics of project management in the global context, risk and resource analysis, as well as the effectiveness of various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and traditional approaches. The author investigates the influence of cultural and economic factors on management strategies and explores innovative tools for optimizing project processes. На прикладі ПрАТ «АМ Фармація» проведено аналіз використання ресурсів і запропоновано стратегічні підходи для оптимізації діяльності, підвищення рентабельності та забезпечення економічної стабільності підприємства. / The qualification work explores theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of mergers and acquisitions policies on the efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises in Ukraine. Key components and principles of efficiency assessment, along with factors for its improvement, are reviewed. В.Сучасна світова тенденція – прискорення процесу роботи з гостями. Велика роль надання цих «невловимих» послуг належить системам автоматизації. Застосування інформаційних технологій дозволяє зробити низку основних процесів життєдіяльності готельно-ресторанний комплекс максимально ефективними за досить короткий час та дозволяє автоматизувати не тільки всі етапи роботи з гостем, а й більшість сфер господарської діяльності ресторанного бізнесу. Цілий перелік переваг автоматизованого управління дозволили говорити про подібні системи як один з визначальних факторів репутації та престижу. The current global trend is to speed up the process of working with guests. Automation systems play a major role in providing these "intangible" services. The use of information technologies allows to make a number of basic life processes of the hotel-restaurant complex as efficient as possible in a fairly short time and allows to automate not only all stages of work with the guest, but also most spheres of economic activity of the restaurant business. Проведено оцінку ефективності управлінських рішень на фермерському господарстві «Шовкун».Визначено основні проблеми аграрного сектору України в умовах війни та перспективи його розвитку в післявоєнний період. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень у фінансово-економічній діяльності фермерського господарства «Шовкун». Theoretical and methodical aspects of determining the effectiveness of management decisions are investigated in the work. An assessment of the effectiveness of management decisions at the "Shovkun" farm was carried out. The main problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and the prospects for its development in the post-war period are determined. Ways to increase the effectiveness of management decisions in the financial and economic activity of the "Shovkun" farm are proposed.
