Item ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЗМІСТОВІ ПАРАМЕТРИ СТРЕСОСТІЙКОСТІ ВНУТРІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИХ ОСІБ(2025) Горбунова, А. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано психологічні параметри, які впливають на рівень стресостійкості внутрішньо переміщених осіб . Дослідження охоплює кілька етапів: теоретичні підходи до вивчення стресостійкості; емпіричне дослідження рівня стресостійкості у внутрішньо переміщених осіб , встановити зв’язки між копінг-стратегіями, типом поведінки та рівнем стресостійкості. Практичне значення роботи полягає у полягає в можливості використання отриманих результатів у діяльності психологів, соціальних працівників, волонтерів та установ, що працюють із внутрішньо переміщеними особами. The qualification work analyzes the psychological parameters that affect the level of stress resistance of internally displaced persons. The research covers several stages: theoretical approaches to the study of stress resistance; empirical study of the level of stress resistance in internally displaced persons; establishing links between coping strategies, type of behavior and level of stress resistance. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using the results obtained in the activities of psychologists, social workers, volunteers and institutions working with internally displaced persons.Item АНАЛІЗУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇЇ ОПТИМІЗАЦІЇ(2021) Голуб, О. У роботі розглянуті сутність і поняття фінансових ресурсів підприємства, визначені механізм формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства та методику проведення аналізу фінансових ресурсів підприємства, проведено аналіз ефективності використання власних фінансових ресурсів виробничого підприємства, досліджено напрями оптимізації фінансових ресурсів підприємства в сучасних умовах господарювання. Qualification work is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for optimizing financial resources of the enterprise. The essence and concept of financial resources of the enterprise are considered in the paper, the mechanism of formation of financial resources of the enterprise and the methodology for conducting the analysis of financial resources of the enterprise, analyzes the effectiveness of using their own financial resources of the production enterprise, investigated the directions of optimization of financial resources of the enterprise in modern conditions of management.Item ПРОСТОРОВО-ЧАСОВИЙ АНАЛІЗ ТУРИСТИЧНИХ РЕСУРСІВ ФРАНЦІЇ(2020) Бельза, К. І.У науковій роботі розкрито Просторово-часовий аналіз туристичних ресурсів Франції. В першому розділі мова йде про туристично-рекреаційний потенціал Франції, географічне і геотуристичне положення країни. У другому розділі подана динаміка розвитку туристичної сфери Франції, регіональні особливості розвитку туризму у Франції; охарактеризовано основні туристичні райони Франції, природні рекреаційні фактори, клімат регіону. Третій розділ містить в собі відомості щодо аналізу проблем та подальшого розвитку туристичної сфери в країні, зниження економічних показників туризму, позитивні та негативні зрушення у розвитку туристичної сфери, падіння відвідуваності країни. In the scientific work the Spatial-temporal analysis of tourist resources of France is revealed. The first section deals with the tourist and recreational potential of France, the geographical and geotourism position of the country. The second section presents the dynamics of development of the tourism sector in France, regional features of tourism development in France; the main tourist areas of France, natural recreational factors, climate of the region are characterized. The third section contains information on the analysis of problems and further development of tourism sphere in the country, reduction of economic indicators of tourism, positive and negative shifts in the development of tourism, falling attendance of the country
