    В роботі досліджено сутність, структуру та типи корпоративної культури. Описано методичні підходи до діагностики корпоративної культури на підприємстві. Проведено аналіз корпоративної культури АТ «Державний ощадний банк України» та визначено її особливості. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення корпоративної культури в установі з метою підвищення ефективності управління персоналом. The thesis explores the essence, structure, and types of corporate culture. Methodological approaches to diagnosing corporate culture at an enterprise are described. The corporate culture of JSC "State Savings Bank of Ukraine" is analyzed and its features identified. Directions for improving corporate culture in the institution are proposed to enhance personnel management effectiveness.

    Правові та організаційні основи банківських відносин в Україні

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правових та організаційних основ банківських відносин в Україні. В ході роботи було з'ясовано, що наша країна взяла сталий курс на європейський розвиток держави, зокрема Національний банк України, Національна комісія з цінних паперів та фондового ринку, Національна комісія, що здійснює державне регулювання у сфері ринків фінансових послуг, Міністерство фінансів України та Фонд гарантування вкладів фізичних осіб затвердили Стратегію розвитку фінансового сектору України до 2025 року. Особливість адміністративних правовідносин у сфері банківської діяльності полягає в тому, що банківська система регулюється значною кількістю законодавчих та підзаконних норм права, які визначають не лише відносини банків з Національним банком України й іншими державно-фінансовими установами, також мають адміністративний вплив на відносини банків та клієнтів. Центральний банк держави виконує провідні функції головного банку, що відповідно випливає з його подвійної правової природи. The qualification work is devoted to the study of legal and organizational bases of banking relations in Ukraine. In the course of the work, it was found out that our country has taken a steady course towards the European development of the state, in particular the National Bank of Ukraine, the National Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the National Commission for State Regulation of Financial Services Markets, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Guarantee Fund deposits of individuals approved the Strategy for the Development of the Financial Sector of Ukraine until 2025. The peculiarity of administrative legal relations in the field of banking is that the banking system is governed by a significant number of legislative and subordinate legal norms, which determine not only the relations of banks with the National Bank of Ukraine and other state financial institutions, but also have an administrative influence on the relations between banks and customers. The Central bank of the state performs the leading functions of the main bank, which accordingly follows from its dual legal nature.
