Item ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯНЕПОВНОСПРАВНИХ ОСІБ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ДІЙ(2025) Жижеря, О. О.У дипломній роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз умов життя осіб з інвалідністю в контексті воєнних дій в Україні. Розглянуто соціальні, медичні, психологічні та економічні аспекти, що впливають на якість життя неповносправних осіб. Особливу увагу приділено доступності медичної реабілітації, програм протезування, соціального захисту та підтримки з боку держави й громадських організацій. На основі результатів соціологічного опитування визначено рівень задоволеності респондентів умовами проживання, доступом до медичних і соціальних послуг, а також рівнем інтеграції у суспільство. Виявлено, що значна частина осіб з інвалідністю стикається з труднощами у реалізації основних прав через руйнування інфраструктури, обмежену мобільність і недостатню увагу до інклюзивності в умовах війни. У роботі також представлено порівняльний аналіз змін у якості життя осіб з інвалідністю до та після початку широкомасштабних бойових дій. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо покращення доступності соціальних і медичних послуг, посилення державної підтримки та створення сприятливого середовища для реінтеграції осіб з інвалідністю в активне суспільне життя. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the living conditions of persons with disabilities in the context of military conflict in Ukraine. It examines social, medical, psychological, and economic factors that influence the quality of life for disabled individuals. Special attention is given to the accessibility of medical rehabilitation, prosthetics programs, social protection, and support provided by the state and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of a sociological survey, the level of satisfaction among respondents was assessed regarding living conditions, access to medical and social services, and societal integration. The findings indicate that many persons with disabilities face significant obstacles in exercising their fundamental rights due to infrastructure destruction, limited mobility, and insufficient inclusiveness during wartime. The thesis also provides a comparative analysis of changes in quality of life before and after the escalation of full-scale hostilities. Д.Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 24 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (20 позицій). Об’єктом розгляду є міжнародно-правові відносини, щодо встановлення розвитку та захисту прав людини на життя у міжнародному праві. Предмет роботи - дослідження відносин міжнародно-правові, що стосується встановлення, розвитку та захисту права людини на життя в міжнародному праві. Мета роботи історико-правовий метод, формально-логічний метод, спеціально-юридичний метод, системно-структурний метод, метод кількісного та якісного аналізу. У першому розділі розглянуто історія виникнення поняття права на життя. В другому розділі розглянуто закріплення права людини на життя в сучасному міжнародному праві. У третьому розділі розглянуто проблема застасування смертної кари крізь призму права на життя За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що право на життя - одне з основних прав людини, найважливіша цінність людства. The qualification work is presented on 24 pages, it consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions, the list of the used sources (20 positions). The object of consideration is international legal relations concerning the establishment of the development and protection of human rights to life in international law. The subject of the work is the study of relations of international law concerning the establishment, development and protection of the human right to life in international law. The purpose of the work is the historical-legal method, the formal-logical method, special-legal method, system-structural method, method of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The first section examines the history of the concept of the right to life. The second section examines the consolidation of the human right to life in modern international law. The third section considers the problem of applying the death penalty through the prism of the right to life Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that the right to life is one of the basic human rights, the most important value of humanity.
