С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню ролі віктимної поведінки потерпілих при вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи. В роботі досліджено загально-теоричні основи дослідження віктимної поведінки потерпілих при вчиненні кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи; розкрито поняття, ознаки віктимної поведінки як предмета віктимології; охарактеризовано сутність віктимогенної ситуації при вчиненні тяжких насильницьких злочинів проти особи; досліджено поняття, віктомологічні ознаки та види потерпілого від злочинного правопорушення; розкрито взаємозв’язок злочинця та жертви під час вчинення злочинного правопорушення проти життя і здоров’я особи; проаналізовано поняття, ознаки та види проявів злочинного насильства, що ґрунтується на родинно-побутових стосунках; охарактеризовано жінку як віктимний суб’єкт кримінальних правопорушень проти життя та здоров’я особи вчинених на основі родинно-побутових стосунків. The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the role of victim behavior of victims in the commission of criminal offenses against life and health. The general theoretical bases of research of victim behavior of victims at commission of criminal offenses against life and health of the person are investigated in the work; the concept, signs of victim behavior as a subject of victimology are revealed; the essence of the victimogenic situation at commission of serious violent crimes against the person is characterized; the concepts, victomological signs and types of the victim of a criminal offense are investigated; the relationship between the offender and the victim during the commission of a criminal offense against the life and health of a person is revealed; the concepts, signs and types of manifestations of criminal violence based on family and domestic relations are analyzed; characterized the woman as a victim of criminal offenses against life and health of a person committed on the basis of family and domestic relations.Item МЕХАНІЗМИ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО ЗАХИСТУ ПІДЛІТКІВ СХИЛЬНИХ ДО ВІКТИМНОЇ ПОВЕДІНКИ(2020) Крижановська, А. А.Метою даної роботи є теоретичне та емпіричне обґрунтування механізмів психологічного захисту у підлітків схильних до віктимної поведінки. Для досягнення поставленої мети в ході нашої роботи було проведено емпіричне дослідження та встановлені результати щодо схильності підлітків до віктимної поведінки, з’ясовані соціально-психологічні передумови її виникнення. Дана робота складається з двох розділів. Перший розділ містить результати теоретичного дослідження і узагальнення, раніше дослідженого матеріалу, інших науковців. У другому розділі наведено результати емпіричного дослідження вибірки досліджуваних (136 осіб підліткового віку). Здійснено емпіричне дослідження виявило, що домінуючими видами схильності до віктимної поведінки у нашій виборці є реалізована форма віктимної поведінки та схильність до агресивної форми поведінки. Найменший прояв отримав такий вид як схильність до залежної та безпорадної поведінки. Найбільш вираженими і характерними для підлітків є захисні механізми «проекція», «компенсація» та «регресія». Виявлено кореляційні зв'язки з такими характеристиками самоставлення, як самоповага, очікування позитивного ставлення від оточуючих та схильністю підлітків до саморуйнівної віктимної поведінки. Також залежно від особливостей самоставлення виявлено статистично значущі відмінності у виді реалізованої віктимності підлітків: у досліджуваних відмічаються показники реалізованої віктимності при прямій кореляції з показниками позитивного ставлення до власної особистості. The purpose of this work is a theoretical and empirical justification of the mechanisms of psychological protection in adolescents prone to victim behavior. To achieve this goal, in the course of our work, an empirical study was conducted and the results of adolescents' propensity to victim behavior were established, and the socio-psychological preconditions for its occurrence were clarified. This work consists of two sections. The first section contains the results of theoretical research and generalization of previously studied material by other scientists. The second section presents the results of an empirical study of a sample of subjects (136 adolescents). An empirical study found that the dominant types of predisposition to victim behavior in our sample are the implemented form of victim behavior and predisposition to aggressive behavior. The smallest manifestation was such as a tendency to addictive and helpless behavior. The most pronounced and characteristic of adolescents are the protective mechanisms of "projection", "compensation" and "regression". Correlations with such characteristics of self-esteem as self-esteem, expectations of a positive attitude from others and the tendency of adolescents to self-destructive victim behavior were revealed. Also, depending on the peculiarities of self-assessment, statistically significant differences in the type of realized victimhood of adolescents were revealed: the subjects showed indicators of realized victimhood with a direct correlation with indicators of a positive attitude towards one's own personality.
