Features of physical development of young sprinters have been determined. An analysis of effective methods of training short-distance running technique was carried out. The technical training improvement program for young sprinters has been developed.

    ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ТЕХНІЧНОЇ МАЙСТЕРНОСТІ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ ЗА ДОПОМОГОЮ ТЕХНІЧНИХ ПРИСТРОЇВ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню впливу використання тренажерів в процесі технічної підготовки футболістів. В роботі експериментально доведена ефективність застосування тренажерів в навчанні та вдосконаленні виконання технічних елементів гри у футбол. Головні засади кваліфікаційної роботи доцільно використовувати під час тренувань, як в секціях з футболу на різних рівнях підготовки так і на уроках фізкультури в загальноосвітніх школах. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the impact of the use of simulators in the process of technical training of football players. The paper experimentally proves the effectiveness of simulators in training and improving the performance of technical elements of the game of football. The main principles of qualification work should be used during training, both in football sections at different levels of training and in physical education classes in secondary schools.

    ДОПОМІЖНЕ ОБЛАДНАННЯ В ФІЗИЧНІЙ ПІДГОТОВЦІ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена методичній розробці комплексів вправ з використанням допоміжного обладнання для розвитку фізичних якостей юних футболістів. В роботі розроблені методичні розробки, які доцільно використовувати в роботі тренерів у дитячо-юнацьких спортивних школах з футболу під час загальної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Запропонований комплекс вправ з використанням допоміжного обладнання дозволить значно підвищити рівень розвитку домінуючих фізичних якостей юних футболістів, покращити рівень технічної майстерності та досягти високих результатів на змаганнях. Qualification work is devoted to the methodical development of sets of exercises with the use of auxiliary equipment for the development of physical qualities of young football players. The methodical developments are developed in the work, which should be used in the work of coaches in children's and youth sports schools in football during general and special physical training. The proposed set of exercises with the use of auxiliary equipment will significantly increase the level of development of the dominant physical qualities of young players, improve the level of technical skills and achieve high results in competitions.
