О.В роботі виявлено властивості маркетингової інформації як особливого ресурсу розвитку підприємства, що визначають ефективність її цільового використання ¬при прийнятті та обґрунтуванні маркетингових рішень. Уточнено категоріально-понятійний апарат, пов'язаний з обґрунтуванням сутності та взаємозв'язку наступних понять: «інформаційне − забезпечення» − «інформаційна система» − «система інформації»; виявлено та структуровано інформаційні потреби маркетингової ¬діяльності. Розроблено концепцію формування системи інформаційного забезпечення рекламної діяльності. Запропоновано напрями формування маркетингової інформаційної ¬системи промислового підприємства. The work reveals the properties of marketing information as a special resource for the development of the enterprise, which determine the effectiveness of its targeted use when making and justifying marketing decisions. The categorical and conceptual apparatus related to the substantiation of the essence and relationship of the following concepts has been clarified: "information - provision" - "information system" - "information system"; the information needs of marketing activities are identified and structured. The concept of forming a system of information support for advertising activities has been developed. The effectiveness of the management activities of any public authority depends on the level of its communication and information support. In this context, the information support of public authorities is of particular relevance. An integrated information system should ensure the effective operation of public authorities through the improvement of their information and analytical systems and the use of components that integrate their activities, namely: a telecommunications environment, an integrated electronic document management system, an integrated information resource management system, a distributed analytical computing technology like that.
