Дослідження всіх параметрів стратегічного аналізу дозволяє розширити горизонти виробничо-господарської діяльності підприємств і виходити на нові стратегічні позиції у міжнародному середовищі, допомагає структурувати ринковий інформаційний масив, створити механізм реалізації стратегічних цілей та окреслити стратегічні перспективи. The foundation of building a sustainable development program is a strategic analysis of the business environment, the result of which is the formation of effective strategic decisions on activities, resource priorities, relationships with long-term partners, competitive positioning and anti-crisis policy. The study of all parameters of strategic analysis allows to expand the horizons of production and economic activities of enterprises and reach new strategic positions in the international environment, helps to structure the market information array, create a mechanism for implementing strategic goals and outline strategic prospects.

    Формування програми розвитку підприємства в умовах сучасності

    Досліджено сутність та особливості процесу розроблення програм розвитку. Визначено процедуру вибору та формування програм розвитку. Визначено особливості розробки механізму стійкого розвитку підприємства. Досліджено стан економічного розвитку ТОВ «СТАТЕР». Проаналізовано фінансові результати діяльності підприємства. Здійснено управлінський аналіз зовнішнього та внутрішнього бізнес-середовища підприємства. Досліджено особливості формування програм розвитку підприємства. Визначено стратегічні альтернативи і обгрунтовано вибір оптимальної інвестиційної програми розвитку ТОВ «СТАТЕР» в умовах кризи. The essence and features of the process of development program development are investigated. The procedure for selection and formation of development programs is determined. Peculiarities of development of the mechanism of sustainable development of the enterprise are determined. The state of economic development of STATER LLC has been studied. The financial results of the enterprise are analyzed. The managerial analysis of the external and internal business environment of the enterprise is carried out. Peculiarities of formation of enterprise development programs are investigated. Strategic alternatives are determined and the choice of the optimal investment program for the development of STATER LLC in the conditions of crisis is substantiated.
