Д.В кваліфікаційній роботі (проєкті) розглянуто та проаналізовано процес формування людського капіталу сучасного бізнесу морських перевезень для обґрунтування шляхів підвищення ефективності відтворення людського капіталу морської галузі України в умовах імплементації елементів диджиталізвції. Кваліфікаційна робота містить такі розділи: 1. Теоретичні засади формування людського капіталу сучасного бізнесу в умовах диджиталізації. 2. Аналіз процесів імплементації елементів диджиталізації в інфраструктуру морської галузі України. 3. Шляхи підвищення ефективності відтворення людського капіталу морської галузі України в умовах імплементації елементів диджиталізації. В процесі роботи зроблено висновки та пропозиції щодо підвищення ефективності формування людського капіталу сучасного судноплавства морської галузі України в умовах імплантації елементів диджиталізації шляхом переймання світового досвіду для створення прозорості, безпечності та ефективності отримання, зберігання та використання документів фахівцями морської галузі. Кваліфікаційна робота (проєкт) складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновку, списку використаних джерел. In the qualification work (project) the process of formation of human capital of modern maritime business is considered and analyzed to substantiate ways to increase the efficiency of reproduction of human capital of the maritime industry of Ukraine in the implementation of elements of digitalization. Qualification work contains the following sections: 1. Theoretical foundations of human capital formation of modern business in the context of digitalization. 2. Analysis of the processes of implementation of elements of digitalization in the infrastructure of the maritime sector of Ukraine. 3. Ways to increase the efficiency of reproduction of human capital in the maritime industry of Ukraine in the implementation of elements of digitalization. In the course of the work conclusions and proposals were made to increase the efficiency of human capital formation of modern shipping in Ukraine in terms of implantation of digitalization elements by adopting world experience to create transparency, security and efficiency of receipt, storage and use of documents by maritime professionals. The essence and directions of digitalization are determined. The preconditions of digitalization and digital transformations of the world economy are investigated. The development of the world economy in the conditions of digitalization is analyzed. The analysis of the state of digitalization of the domestic economy is carried out. The modern peculiarities of the use of information and communication technologies at the enterprises of Ukraine are investigated. The level of digitalization of the enterprise is estimated.
