Item ВПЛИВ САМООЦІНКИ ЖІНКИ НА СІМЕЙНІ СТОСУНКИ В СІМЕЙНІЙ СИСТЕМІ(2023) Гаврилова, Ю. О.Робота присвячена теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню виявлення впливу жіночої самооцінки на характер сімейних стосунків у сімейній системі. Теоретично зазначено, на основі аналізу науково-психологічних джерел, різноманітність уявлень про поняття «самооцінка особистості». Виокремлено особливості становлення і розвитку самооцінки жінки у сучасному суспільстві. Вказано основні соціально-психологічні фактори впливу на особливості сімейних стосунків. Досліджено і обґрунтувано доцільність використання діагностичного інструментарію, підібраного у відповідності до тематики роботи. Емпірично досліджено наявність та особливості впливу самооцінки жінки на сімейні стосунки в контексті розвитку сімейної системи. Було надано оцінку і проаналізовано особливості впливу самооцінки жінки на становлення і розвиток сімейних стосунків, що може слугувати поштовхом для подальшого аналізу критеріїв особистості що так чи інакше впливають на стан сучасного інституту сім’ї. Abstract. The work is devoted to the theoretical and empirical study of identifying the influence of women's self-esteem on the nature of family relations in the family system. Theoretically, on the basis of the analysis of scientific and psychological sources, a variety of ideas about the concept of "personal self-esteem" is indicated. Features of the formation and development of a woman's self-esteem in modern society are highlighted. The main socio-psychological factors influencing the peculiarities of family relations are indicated. The expediency of using diagnostic tools, selected in accordance with the topic of the work, has been investigated and substantiated. The presence and peculiarities of the influence of a woman's self-esteem on family relationships in the context of the development of the family system were empirically investigated. The features of the impact of a woman's self-esteem on the formation and development of family relationships were evaluated and analyzed, which can serve as an impetus for further analysis of personality criteria that somehow affect the state of the modern institution of the family.Item СПЕЦИФІКА СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ З ЖІНКАМИ, ЩО ПОСТРАЖДАЛИ ВІД ДОМАШНЬОГО НАСИЛЬСТВА(2020) Літвінова, Д. С.Актуальність теми. Дипломна робота відзначається актуальністю, оскільки насильство над жінками є комплексною соціально-психологічною проблемою, яку небезпідставно розглядають крізь призму, зокрема, феноменологічного підходу. Прогресуюче зростання проявів насилля над жінками в домашніх умовах в різних країнах світу постійно активізує цю тему, оскільки мільйони жінок у різних регіонах планети щоденно, щомиті переживають насилля, а потім усе життя страждають від наслідків насилля – фізичних, психічних, світоглядних, культурних, духовних. Мета і завдання дослідження. Дослідження специфіки соціальної роботи з жінками, що постраждали від домашнього насильства. Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно розв’язати такі завдання: – дослідити напрями, способи і механізми оптимізації соціальної роботи з жінками-жертвами домашнього насильства; – розробити програму «Соціальна допомога жінкам, що постраждали від домашнього насильства в період самоізоляції». Об’єкт і предмет - домашнє насильство щодо жінок як деструктивний соціальний феномен. Предмет дослідження – специфіка соціальної роботи з жінками, що постраждали від домашнього насильства. Для розв’язання поставлених завданьв роботі використовувалися такі методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, систематизація, класифікація та узагальнення. Actuality of theme. Thesis is relevant, because violence against women is a complex socio-psychological problem, which is rightly considered through the prism, in particular, the phenomenological approach. The progressive growth of domestic violence against women in different countries is constantly intensifying this topic, as millions of women in different parts of the world experience violence every day, every second, and then suffer all their lives from the consequences of violence - physical, mental, ideological, cultural, spiritual. The purpose and objectives of the study. Research of the specifics of social work with women victims of domestic violence. - to explore areas, methods and mechanisms for optimizing social work with women victims of domestic violence; - to develop the program "Social assistance to women victims of domestic violence during self-isolation". Object and subject. The object of the study is domestic violence against women as a destructive social phenomenon. The subject of the research is the specifics of social work with women victims of domestic violence. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks: analysis, comparison, systematization, classification and generalization. Structure and scope of work: the work consists of an introduction, three sections, eight subsections, conclusions, a list of sources used (70 items). The study contains 2 figures. The main text of the study is set out on page 81.Item ПРАВОВИЙ МЕХАНІЗМ РОЗІРВАННЯ ШЛЮБУ З ІНОЗЕМНИМ ЕЛЕМЕНТОМ(2020) Чуйко, А. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. В ході дослідження було виявлено загальноправові основи регулювання сімейних правовідносин з іноземним елементом, визначено передумови, підстави та наслідки розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Було виокремлено проблеми, які виникають під час розірвання шлюбу та розроблено пропозиції щодо вдосконалення правового механізму розірвання шлюбу з іноземним елементом. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the legal mechanism of divorce with a foreign element. In the course of the research the general legal bases of regulation of family legal relations with a foreign element were revealed, the preconditions, grounds and consequences of divorce with a foreign element were determined. The problems that arise during divorce were identified and proposals were developed to improve the legal mechanism for divorce with a foreign element.
