Item АСЕРТИВНІСТЬ ПСИХОЛОГА ЯК УМОВА МІЖОСОБИСТІСНОГО СПІЛКУВАННЯ(2024) Погребняк, К. І.Робота присвячена вивченню асертивності як фактор впливу на міжособистісне спілкування. Проведено теоретичний аналіз науково-психологічної та науково- медичної літератури з можливого впливу асертивності на міжособистісне спілкування. Проведено скринінгове тестове дослідження для аналізу впливу асертивності у роботі психолога. Проаналізовано та узагальнено результати емпіричних досліджень. Виявлено особливості впливу асертивності на міжособистісне спілкування. The work is devoted to the study of assertiveness as a factor of influence on interpersonal communication. A theoretical analysis of the scientific-psychological and scientific-medical literature on the possible influence of assertiveness on interpersonal communication was conducted. A screening test study was conducted to analyze the influence of assertiveness in the work of a psychologist. The results of empirical research were analyzed and summarized. The features of the influence of assertiveness on interpersonal communication were identified.Item ВПЛИВ ПСИХОЛОГІЧНОГО ДИСТРЕСУ НА СТАН ІМУННОЇ СИСТЕМИ ЛЮДИНИ(2024) Гоголєва, І. М.Робота присвячена вивченню впливу психологічного дистресу на стан імунної системи людини. Проведено теоретичний аналіз науково-психологічної та науково- медичної літератури з проблем можливого впливу психологічного дистресу на стан імунної системи людини. Оцінено рівень сприйнятого стресу та рівень виснаження від стресу у пацієнтів, що звернулися на консультацію до клінічного імунолога з певними скаргами. Проведено скринінгове тестове дослідження для виявлення ризика наявності психосоматичних розладів. Визначено стан імунної системи пацієнтів. Проаналізовано та узагальнено результати емпіричних досліджень. Виявлено особливості впливу психологічного дистресу на стан імунної системи людини. The study is devoted to examining the impact of psychological distress on the human immune system. A theoretical analysis of scientific-psychological and medical literature was conducted on the potential effects of psychological distress on immune function. The levels of perceived stress and stress-related exhaustion were assessed in patients who sought consultations with a clinical immunologist for specific complaints. A screening test was conducted to identify the risk of psychosomatic disorders. The immune system status of the patients was determined. The results of empirical studies were analyzed and summarized, revealing the distinctive effects of psychological distress on the immune system.Item ФОРМУВАННЯ СИСТЕМИ АНТИКРИЗОВОГО УПРАВЛІННЯ ТОРГОВЕЛЬНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА(2023) Воронін, А. Розглянуто теоретично-методологічні основи антикризового управління підприємством; відображено систему показників оцінки антикризового управління; досліджено механізми антикризового управління підприємством; ; проведено грунтовний аналіз організаційно-економічної характеристики досліджуваного підприємства; проаналізовоно ймовірность банкрутства за модею Альтмана на прикладі ТОВ «АТБ-МАРКЕТ»; наведені стратегії покращення фінансового стану даного підприємства. The qualification work consists in the research, analysis and formation of the anti-crisis management system of the commercial enterprise. The theoretical and methodological foundations of anti-crisis management of the enterprise are considered; the system of indicators for evaluating anti-crisis management is displayed; the mechanisms of anti-crisis management of the enterprise were investigated; ; a thorough analysis of the organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise under study was carried out; the probability of bankruptcy according to Altman's method is analyzed using the example of ATB-MARKET LLC; strategies for improving the financial condition of this enterprise are given.
