В роботі визначено поняття, зміст значення визнання у міжнародному праві; охарактеризовано передумови, порядок та правові наслідки визнання у міжнародному праві; визначено особливості визнання, невизнання та часткове визнання держав на міжнародній арені, навести історичні приклади даних процесів; окреслено особливості визнання України у міжнародних відносинах (ХХ ст.). Dedicated to the systematic analysis of research sources to clarify the concept, procedure and legal consequences of the international legal institution of recognition in the system of international law. The paper defines the concept, content of the meaning of recognition in international law; the preconditions, procedure and legal consequences of recognition in international law are characterized; features of recognition, non-recognition and partial recognition of states in the international arena are determined, historical examples of these processes are given; features of recognition of Ukraine in international relations (XX century) are outlined.Item ПРАВОСУБ’ЄКТНІСТЬ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ(2021) Буригіна, А. В.Взаємозв’язок історії та міжнародних відносин має тісний характер, оскільки починаючи з стародавніх трактатів філософів, історичних джерел, аналітичних звітів міжнародних органів поряд з історичними, філософськими та статистичними даними в них розкривається питання становлення, формування та розвитку історичних міжнародних відносин.Становлення та формування міжнародних відноси, як складної комплексної системи з відповідною вертикальною та горизонтальною структурою, передбачає її динамічний розвиток на фоні відповідних історичних особливостей розвитку суспільства. Мета нашого дослідження полягає у комплексному дослідження історії розвитку міжнародних відносин.The relationship between history and international relations is close, since starting with ancient treatises of philosophers, historical sources, analytical reports of international bodies, along with historical, philosophical and statistical data, they reveal the issues of formation, formation and development of historical international relations.The formation and formation of international relations as a complex integrated system with an appropriate vertical and horizontal structure implies its dynamic development against the background of the corresponding historical features of the development of society. The purpose of our research is to comprehensively study the history of the development of international relations.Item ІСТОРІЯ РОЗВИТКУ ДИПЛОМАТИЧНИХ ВІДНОСИН УКРАЇНИ З КРАЇНАМИ ПІВДЕННОЇ АЗІЇ В 90-Х РР. ХХ СТ. – НА ПОЧАТКУ ХХІ СТ.(2020) Кухаренко, О. О.Мета роботи: розкрити етапи та шляхи розвитку міжнародних зв’язків України та країн індо-буддійської цивілізації: визначити теоретичні засади української дипломатії в роки незалежності; охарактеризувати розвиток українсько-південноазійських відносин; дослідити сфери співробітництва України та країн Південної Азії; визначити перспективи співробітництва. Методологічну основу дослідження складають загальнометодологічні принципи історизму, об’єктивності й ціннісного підходу. Найважливішими серед загальнонаукових методів є історичний та логічний. У роботі також застосовуються узагальнення, аналіз, синтез, порівняння. Висновки. У ході дослідження було з`ясовано ключові позиції дипломатичної присутності України в Південній Азії: забезпечення національної безпеки, сприяння науково-технічному прогресу в Україні та розвитку національної культури і освіти, участь у вирішенні глобальних проблем сучасності, інформаційна функція. Практично всі держави регіону створили на міждержавному рівні відповідну договірно-правову базу, а також обмінялися з нашою державою дипломатичними місіями. Головними сферами співробітництва залишаються експорт озброєнь та інших елементів оборонної промисловості, але зростає і культурний обмін між державами і потік українських туристів до Південної Азії. Purpose: to reveal the stages and ways of development of international relations of Ukraine and the countries of Indo-Buddhist civilization: to determine the theoretical foundations of Ukrainian diplomacy in the years of independence; to characterize the development of Ukrainian-South Asian relations; to explore the areas of cooperation between Ukraine and South Asia; identify prospects for cooperation. The methodological basis of the study is the general methodological principles of historicism, objectivity and value approach. The most important among general scientific methods are historical and logical. Generalization, analysis, synthesis, comparison are also used in the work. Conclusions. The study clarified the key positions of Ukraine's diplomatic presence in South Asia: ensuring national security, promoting scientific and technological progress in Ukraine and the development of national culture and education, participation in solving global problems of today, information function. Almost all the states of the region have created an appropriate legal framework at the interstate level, as well as exchanged diplomatic missions with our state. The main areas of cooperation remain the export of weapons and other elements of the defense industry, but the cultural exchange between the states and the flow of Ukrainian tourists to South Asia is also growing.
