Item ЗЕМЕЛЬНІ РЕСУРСИ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ: ПОТЕНЦІАЛ, ПРОСТОРОВІ ВІДМІНИ(2023) Заверуха, В. А.Метою магістерської роботи є систематизація теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо збереження та підвищення потенціалу земельних ресурсів Херсонської області, враховуючи просторові особливості земельного фонду регіону. В першому розділі розкривається сутність земельних ресурсів будь-якого регіону як основи формування природного капіталу України, розглядаються види земельних ресурсів за різними критеріями, досліджується методика оцінки стану земельних ресурсів. В другому розділі проводиться аналіз земельно-ресурсної структури Херсонської області, наводиться статистика земельних ресурсів досліджуваного регіону, особливості використання окремих видів земельних ділянок за екологічною спрямованістю та структуруються напрацювання для визначення ефективності використання кожного виду земельних ресурсів Херсонщини. В третьому розділі проводиться систематизація попередніх досліджень та пропонуються практичні кроки до підвищення земельно-ресурсного потенціалу регіону, враховуючи економічні показники та перспективи реабілітації пошкоджених земельних ресурсів внаслідок збройної агресії в Україні. Дослідження проводяться з урахуванням повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації в Україну. The goal of the work is the systematization of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for saving and increasing the potential of land resources in the Kherson region, protecting the expanses of the land fund of the region. In the first section, the existence of land resources is revealed in any region as the basis for the formation of natural capital in Ukraine, the types of land resources are examined according to different criteria, and the methodology for assessing the status of land resources is developed. In the second section, an analysis of the land-resource structure of the Kherson region is carried out, statistics of land resources in the former region are compiled, the selection of four types of land plots for environmental protection and structure is directed to determine the effectiveness of the skin type of Kherson land resources. In the third section, a systematization of the previous achievements and practical steps to increase the land and resource potential of the region, the economic indicators and the prospects for the rehabilitation of poor land resources because of aggression in Ukraine is carried out. The studies are carried out taking into account the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine.Item ВИВЧЕННЯ ІСТОРІЇ РІДНОГО КРАЮ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЛІТЕРАТУРНОГО ТВОРУ О.С. АФАНАСЬЄВАЧУЖБИНСЬКОГО «НАРИСИ ДНІПРА». МІЖПРЕДМЕТНА ІНТЕГРАЦІЯ СУЧАСНОГО УРОКУ(2021) Гнатовська, Н. П.Магістерська робота, у якій викладено матеріал щодо використання художньо-етнографічного твору для вивчення історії рідного краю, складається зі вступу, у якому розкривається мета , актуальність, новизна обраної теми, завдання , які можливо буде вирішити у результаті впровадження матеріалів даного кваліфікаційного проєкту. Чітко описано об’єкт дослідження – твір українського письменника, етнографа, дослідника Олександра Степановича Афанасьєва – Чужбинського «Нариси Дніпра». Предмет дослідження - детальне розкриття поглядів митця на формування заселення території пониззя Дніпра – межі сучасної Херсонщини, життя та побут мешканців даної території. А також трьох розділів, у двох з яких саме і йде мова про маловідомого автора та його історично важливий твір. Третій розділ роботи приурочений актуальній проблемі сучасної освіти у загальноосвітніх закладах – упровадження інтегрованого навчання у новій українській школі. У висновках узагальнено результати дослідницької роботи з обраної теми, за кожним із розділів та рекомендації до використання матеріалів піл час проведення інтегрованого навчання , зокрема уроків історії України та української літератури у загальноосвітніх закладах середньої освіти. Завершує роботу список використаних джерел та додатків. The master's thesis, which presents material on the use of artistic and ethnographic work to study the history of the native land, consists of an introduction, which reveals the purpose, relevance, novelty of the chosen topic, tasks that can be solved by implementing the materials of this qualification project. The object of research is clearly described - the work of Ukrainian writer, ethnographer, researcher Oleksandr Stepanovych Afanasyev - Chuzhbynsky's "Essays on the Dnieper". The subject of the research is a detailed disclosure of the artist's views on the formation of the settlement of the lower reaches of the Dnieper - the borders of modern Kherson region, the life and way of life of the inhabitants of this territory. As well as three chapters, two of which are about a little-known author and his historically important work. The third section of the work is devoted to the current problem of modern education in secondary schools - the introduction of integrated learning in the new Ukrainian school. The conclusions summarize the results of research work on the selected topic, for each of the sections and recommendations for the use of materials during integrated learning, including lessons on the history of Ukraine and Ukrainian literature in secondary schools. The list of used sources and applications is completed.Item ІСТОРИЧНІ ЕТАПИ ТА АДМІНІСТРАТИНО-ПРАВОВІ ЗАСАДИ ЗЕМЕЛЬНОЇ РЕФОРМИ В УКРАЇНІ У КОНТЕКСТІ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ДОСВІДУ (190-2021)(2021) Лагодинська, Є. А.Актуальність вибору теми визначається важливістю проведення земельної реформи в Україні та гостро поставленні питання реформи на даний момент. З початком земельної реформи в Україні проводилося тотальне роздержавлення землі, передача державних земель у власність новостворених об’єднаних територіальних громад, формування ринкових відносин в сфері землекористування. Необхідно охарактеризувати українське та європейське законодавство щодо регулювання земельних відносин, для визначення спірних моментів, уникнення негативного досвіду інших країн та запровадження якісних змін. А для цього потрібно чітко визначити ефективні заходи та спланувати дії з реформування земельних відносин. The urgency of the choice of topic is determined by the importance of land reform in Ukraine and the acute issue of reform at the moment. With the beginning of land reform in Ukraine, total land privatization was carried out, state lands were transferred to the ownership of newly created united territorial communities, and market relations in the field of land use were formed. It is necessary to characterize the Ukrainian and European legislation on the regulation of land relations, to identify controversial issues, to avoid the negative experience of other countries and to introduce qualitative changes. To do this, it is necessary to clearly define effective measures and plan actions to reform land relations.
