О.В роботі досліджено напрямки розвитку процесу управління конфліктами на підприємствах транспортної логістики та розроблено рекомендації щодо його вдосконалення; уточнено поняття «конфлікт», а також позначена його специфіка. Розкрито сутність і джерела конфліктогенних факторів. Надано характеристику моделі медіації у вирішенні трудових конфліктів. Запропоновано шляхи вирішення міжфункціональних конфліктів у логістичних системах з використанням інструментів теорії ігор. The article studies directions of development of the process of conflict management at transport logistics enterprises and develops recommendations on its improvement; the concept of "conflict" is clarified and its specificity is outlined. The essence and sources of conflictogenic factors are disclosed. The model of mediation in resolving labour conflicts is described. Ways to resolve inter-functional conflicts in logistics systems using game theory tools are proposed.Item ВПЛИВ ГЕНДЕРНИХ СТЕРЕОТИПІВ НА ФОРМУВАННЯ ЛІДЕРСЬКИХ ЯКОСТЕЙ СУЧАСНИХ ЖІНОК ТА ЧОЛОВІКІВ(2022) Бурмістрова, А. О.У роботі охарактеризовано ґендерні стереотипи як суспільне явище, досліджено їх типологію, функції та вплив на формування особистості; проаналізовано сучасні теорії вивчення лідерства та взаємозв’язок проблем лідерства із ґендерними стереотипами; досліджено гендерну асиметричність реалізації лідерських здібностей; за допомогою емпіричного дослідження виявлено вплив ґендерних стереотипів на формування лідерських якостей сучасних жінок та чоловіків. / The work characterizes gender stereotypes as a social phenomenon, investigates their typology, functions and influence on personality formation; modern theories of leadership study and the relationship between leadership problems and gender stereotypes are analyzed; gender asymmetry in the realization of leadership abilities was investigated; with the help of empirical research, the influence of gender stereotypes on the formation of leadership qualities of modern women and men was revealed.Item СОЦІАЛЬНО-ПСИХОЛОГІЧНІ ЧИННИКИ СТАНОВЛЕННЯ СПОРТИВНОЇ ГАНДБОЛЬНОЇ ЮНАЦЬКОЇ КОМАНДИ(2020) Кузеванова, Т. М.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена встановленню взаємозв’язків між соціальними та психологічними чинниками становлення спортивної юнацької команди. Теоретична частина розкриває структуру та зміст спортивної діяльності гандбольної команди, соціально-психологічні особливості спортивної команди, роль психологічних станів в спортивній діяльності юних гандболісток, лідерство та взаємодію членів команди. Також розглядаються поняття спортивна команда, спортивна група, лідер та його обов’язки. В практичній частині викладені результати психодіагностичного дослідження, статистичної обробки даних, зокрема кореляційного аналізу, що дозволило визначити, які саме соціально-психологічні чинники взаємозв’язані з становленням спортивної гандбольної юнацької команди. Кожний соціальний та психологічний чинник важливий для спортсмена і команди в цілому, оскільки встановлено особливості їх дії на спортсмена в різних соціально-психологічних умовах праці. Qualification work is devoted to establishing the relationship between social and psychological factors in the formation of a youth sports team. The theoretical part reveals the structure and content of sports activities of the handball team, socio-psychological features of the sports team, the role of psychological states in the sports activities of young handball players, leadership and interaction of team members. The concepts of sports team, sports group, leader and his responsibilities is also considered. The practical part presents the results of psychodiagnostic research, statistical data processing, including correlation analysis, which allowed to determine what socio-psychological factors are related to the formation of a youth sports handball team. Each social and psychological factor is important for the athlete and the team as a whole, as established features of their action on the athlete in different socio-psychological working conditions.
