Розвиток малого та середнього бізнесу є важливою передумовою для функціонування стабільної економіки країни, через те, що ці види підприємницької діяльності займають основну частину підприємництва та створюють велику кількість робочих місць. Причинами відсутності безперервної діяльності таких підприємств є достатній перелік факторів, які включать в себе збитки внаслідок пандемії COVID-19 на обмеження у постачанні, виробництві, продажу та споживанні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical and practical aspects of taxation of small and medium-sized businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. The development of small and medium-sized businesses is an important prerequisite for the functioning of the country's stable economy, due to the fact that these types of business activities occupy the main part of entrepreneurship and create a large number of jobs. The reasons for the lack of continuous activity of such enterprises are a sufficient list of factors, which include losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic due to restrictions in supply, production, sales and consumption.Item РОЗВИТОК МАЛОГО ТА СЕРЕДНЬОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА В РОЗБУДОВІ РИНКОВОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ(2021) Петриняк, Д. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена обґрунтуванню сучасного стану розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва, а також формулюванню подальших перспектив та стратегій розвитку. Малі та середні підприємництва є незамінною частиною соціально-економічної системи країни, яка забезпечує стабільність ринкових відносин та залучає значну частину громадян. Розвиток підприємництва можливий лише в контексті концептуально збалансованої системи національно-правових заходів, спрямованих на економіку, суспільство, інформацію, освіту та інші типи підтримки малого бізнесу. В ході роботи було надано правову характеристику сфери малого та середнього підприємництва, характеристику зарубіжного досвіду в сфері підприємництва та стратегії розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to substantiation of the current state of development of small and medium business, as well as the formulation of further prospects and development strategies. Small and medium enterprises are an indispensable part of the country's socio-economic system, which ensures the stability of market relations and attracts a significant part of citizens. Entrepreneurship development is possible only in the context of a conceptually balanced system of national legal measures aimed at the economy, society, information, education and other types of small business support. In the course of the work the legal characteristic of the sphere of small and medium business, the characteristic of foreign experience in the field of entrepreneurship and development strategy were given.
