Г.В роботі визначено теоретичні передумови впливу еміграції кваліфікованих кадрів на міське економічне зростання; досліджено умови та особливості процесів адаптації емігрантів в умовах змінюваного економічного середовища. Розглянуто питання глобальних міграційних процесів та їхніх особливостей в Україні. Досліджено питання формування державної політики регулювання міграційних процесів та стратегій використання міграції для економічного розвитку. Запропоновано на підставі основних положень даної роботи напрями удосконалення адаптації до еміграції кваліфікованих кадрів, а також практичні рекомендації для мінімізації негативних наслідків та використання потенціалу міграції для економічного зростання міст. The work defines the theoretical prerequisites for the impact of skilled labor emigration on urban economic growth; it investigates the conditions and features of migrants' adaptation processes in a changing economic environment. Issues of global migration processes and their peculiarities in Ukraine are considered. The formation of state policy for regulating migration processes and strategies for using migration for economic development are explored. Based on the main provisions of this work, directions for improving adaptation to the emigration of skilled labor are proposed, as well as practical recommendations for minimizing negative consequences and utilizing the potential of migration for urban economic growth.Item Вплив пандемії Covid-19 на міграційні процеси населення Херсонської області(2021) Засименко, В. О.У науковій роботі розкрито вплив пандемії Covid-19 на міграційні процеси населення Херсонської області. Населення регіону було активно задіяне в міграційних процесах, однак з появою COVID-19 почали змінюватися масштаби міграційних потоків, велика частка мігрантів була змушена повернутися в Україну. В першому розділі роботи йдеться про види та причини виникнення міграцій, міграційні процеси в сучасному світі. У другому розділі подано аналіз динаміки, масштабів, основних напрямків міграційних рухів, показано територіальні відмінності міграційної активності населення України та Херсонської області, проаналізовано наслідки пандемії COVID-19 для міграційної ситуації в Україні. Представлено результати дослідження міграційних намірів населення Херсонської області. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано необхідність регулювання міграційних процесів та запропоновано шляхи їх оптимізації в умовах пандемії. The research reveals the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the migration processes of the population of Kherson region. The population of the region was actively involved in migration processes, but with the advent of COVID-19 the scale of migration flows began to change, a large proportion of migrants were forced to return to Ukraine. The first section deals with the types and causes of migration, migration processes in the modern world. The second section analyzes the dynamics, scale, main directions of migration movements, shows the territorial differences of migration activity of the population of Ukraine and Kherson region, analyzes the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic for the migration situation in Ukraine. The results of the study of migration intentions of the population of Kherson region are presented. The third section substantiates the need to regulate migration processes and suggests ways to optimize them in a pandemic.
