Запропоновано розробку заходів щодо підвищення ефективності використання виробничого потенціалу підприємства та оцінено рівень його використання. The article studies the production potential of an industrial enterprise, its essence has been disclosed and the methodology for assessing the use of production potential has been analyzed. Development of measures to increase efficiency of use of production potential of enterprise is proposed and level of its use is evaluated.Item ЗЕМЕЛЬНІ РЕСУРСИ ХЕРСОНСЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ: ПОТЕНЦІАЛ, ПРОСТОРОВІ ВІДМІНИ(2023) Заверуха, В. А.Метою магістерської роботи є систематизація теоретичних положень та розробка практичних рекомендацій щодо збереження та підвищення потенціалу земельних ресурсів Херсонської області, враховуючи просторові особливості земельного фонду регіону. В першому розділі розкривається сутність земельних ресурсів будь-якого регіону як основи формування природного капіталу України, розглядаються види земельних ресурсів за різними критеріями, досліджується методика оцінки стану земельних ресурсів. В другому розділі проводиться аналіз земельно-ресурсної структури Херсонської області, наводиться статистика земельних ресурсів досліджуваного регіону, особливості використання окремих видів земельних ділянок за екологічною спрямованістю та структуруються напрацювання для визначення ефективності використання кожного виду земельних ресурсів Херсонщини. В третьому розділі проводиться систематизація попередніх досліджень та пропонуються практичні кроки до підвищення земельно-ресурсного потенціалу регіону, враховуючи економічні показники та перспективи реабілітації пошкоджених земельних ресурсів внаслідок збройної агресії в Україні. Дослідження проводяться з урахуванням повномасштабного вторгнення російської федерації в Україну. The goal of the work is the systematization of theoretical provisions and the development of practical recommendations for saving and increasing the potential of land resources in the Kherson region, protecting the expanses of the land fund of the region. In the first section, the existence of land resources is revealed in any region as the basis for the formation of natural capital in Ukraine, the types of land resources are examined according to different criteria, and the methodology for assessing the status of land resources is developed. In the second section, an analysis of the land-resource structure of the Kherson region is carried out, statistics of land resources in the former region are compiled, the selection of four types of land plots for environmental protection and structure is directed to determine the effectiveness of the skin type of Kherson land resources. In the third section, a systematization of the previous achievements and practical steps to increase the land and resource potential of the region, the economic indicators and the prospects for the rehabilitation of poor land resources because of aggression in Ukraine is carried out. The studies are carried out taking into account the full-scale invasion of Russia into Ukraine.Item ПЕРСПЕКТИВА ТА ПОТЕНЦІАЛ ВИННОГО ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ(2022) Павлик, І. Я.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню винного туризму як одного із напрямів туристичної діяльності в Україні та дослідження перспективи та потенціал розвитку винного туризму в Україні. До одного з найбільш популярних напрямків гастрономічного туризму відноситься тематична форма туризму, в межах якої здійснюється ознайомлення із процесами виробництва, традиціями споживання, дегустуванням та придбанням алкогольних напоїв безпосередньо у виробників, який отримав назву «винний туризм». Херсонська область, як і південний регіон України в цілому, – один із перспективних регіонів нашої держави у сфері розвитку національного та міжнародного винного туризму. У цьому зв’язку достатньо логічною визнається актуальність та потреба у проведенні наукових досліджень, спрямованих на вивчення та вдосконалення організаційного механізму винного туризму. The qualification work is dedicated to the study of wine tourism as one of the directions of tourist activity in Ukraine and the study of the prospects and potential of the development of wine tourism in Ukraine. One of the most popular areas of gastronomic tourism is the thematic form of tourism, which includes getting to know the production processes, consumption traditions, tasting and purchasing alcoholic beverages directly from producers, which is called "wine tourism". Kherson region, like the southern region of Ukraine as a whole, is one of the promising regions of our country in the field of development of national and international wine tourism. In this connection, the relevance and need for conducting scientific research aimed at studying and improving the organizational mechanism of wine tourism is recognized as quite logical.Item Географічний аналіз і перспективи використання туристичних ресурсів Новокаховської та Бериславської територіальних громад Херсонської області(2021) Сорокіна, О. О.в дипломній роботі охарактеризовано теоретичні основи дослідження туристично-рекреаційних ресурсів та розкрито методику дослідження на рівні територіальних громад. У процесі роботи проаналізовано передумови розвитку туристичної діяльності, а саме природні, природно-антропогенні та суспільно-історичні туристичні ресурси Новокаховської та Бериславської громад Херсонської області. Розроблені, пройдені та обгрунтовані «нові» орієнтовані на інтереси та вік екскурсантів туристичні стежки та маршрути територіальними громадами. Знайдено головні перспективи розвитку туризму в даних громадах області та виявлено вплив децентралізації на наявний ресурсний потенціал, визначивши тим самим їх спроможність. In the diploma work the theoretical bases of research of tourist and recreational resources are characterized and the research technique at the level of territorial communities is opened. In the course of the work the preconditions of development of tourist activity are analyzed, namely natural, natural-anthropogenic and social-historical tourist resources of Novokakhovka and Beryslav communities of Kherson region. Developed, passed and substantiated "new" focused on the interests and age of tourists hiking trails and routes by local communities. The main prospects of tourism development in these communities of the region are found and the influence of decentralization on the available resource potential is revealed, thus determining their capacity.Item РОЗВИТОК ТВОРЧОГО МИСЛЕННЯ У УЧНІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ(2021) Тодосійчук, Ю. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена визначенні та створенню психолого-педагогічних умов формування творчого мислення у молодших школярів. Показано, що активізувати творче мислення можливо на основі дивергентного мислення (системи логіко-комбінаторних вправ, завдань альтернативного вибору) та пошукової активності інтелектуально-когнітивної сфери за наявністю внутрішнього пізнавального мотиву (на який негативно впливає супровідне балове оцінювання, умови жорсткої орієнтації на одиничну першість за обмежений проміжок часу, однозначність, заданість передбачуваної відповіді). The qualification work is devoted to determining and creating psychological and pedagogical conditions for the formation of creative thinking in younger schoolchildren. It is shown that it is possible to activate creative thinking on the basis of divergent thinking (a system of logical-combinatorial exercises, alternative choice tasks) and search activity of the intellectual and cognitive sphere in the presence of an internal cognitive motive (which is negatively affected by the accompanying score assessment, conditions of strict orientation to the single primacy for a limited period of time, unambiguity, the setness of the intended answer).Item Особливості та перспективи розвитку молодіжного туризму в Південному регіоні(2020) Гоман, Т. М.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти молодіжного туризму: визначено сутність, історію та особливості молодіжного туризму, досліджено особливості організації. Проведено аналіз ресурсного забезпечення Південного регіону та мотиваційних пріоритетів молоді: розкрито ресурсний потенціал Південного регіону для розвитку молодіжного туризму, проведено діагностику формування вподобань споживачів молодіжного туризму. Розроблено інноваційний тур, розрахований на дану цільову аудиторію та визначено перспективи розвитку молодіжного туризму в Південному регіону. The theoretical aspects of youth tourism are considered in the work: defined the essence, history and features of young tourism, features of the organization are investigated. The analysis of resource provision of the Southern region and motivational priorities of youth is carried out: the resource potential of the Southern region for the development of youth tourism is revealed, diagnostics of formation of preferences of consumers of youth tourism is carried out. An innovative tour has been developed, the prospects of youth tourism development in the Southern region are determined.
