Item СУЧАСНІ ПІДХОДИ ДО РОЗВ’ЯЗАННЯ ПРОБЛЕМИ МОЛОДІЖНОГО БЕЗРОБІТТЯ В УКРАЇНІ(2021) Чепелєва, О. Ю.У роботі проаналізовано стану молоді на ринку праці України сьогодення; виявлено фактори недостатньої ефективності соціальної політики щодо інформування і консультації молоді стосовно становища на ринку праці. Для вирішення низки цих проблем автором запропоновані заходи для зменшення рівня безробіття серед молоді віком від 15 до 24 років. The paper analyzes the state of youth in the labor market of Ukraine today; there were identified the factors of insufficient effectiveness of social policy in informing and consulting young people about the situation on the labor market. To solve a number of these problems, the author proposed the measures to reduce unemployment among young people aged 15 to 24.Item ВЗАЄМОДІЯ СУБ'ЄКТІВ ОТГ У ВИПАДКУ ДОМАШНЬОГО НАСИЛЬСТВА(2021) Гриниченко, К. В.У роботі проаналізовано хід і результати процесу децентралізації влади в аспекті перерозподілу повноважень між суб’єктами захисту прав дитини; виявлено переваги і недоліки організації діяльності суб’єктів захисту прав дитини на рівні об’єднаних територіальних громад; узагальнено досвід профілактики домашнього насильства щодо дітей на локальному рівні; обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення взаємодії суб’єктів профілактики домашнього насильства над дітьми у громаді і представлено у вигляді моделі. The paper analyzes the progress and results of the process of decentralization of power in aspect of redistribution of powers between the subjects of protection of children's rights; the advantages and disadvantages of the organization of the activities of the subjects of protection children's rights at the level of the united territorial communities are revealed; the experience of prevention of domestic violence against children at the local level is generalized; the directions of improvement of interaction of subjects of prevention of domestic violence against children in the community are substantiated and presented as a model.Item ВЗАЄМОДІЯ СУБ’ЄКТІВ ОТГ ДЛЯ НАДАННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПОСЛУГ ДІТЯМ-СИРОТАМ ТА ПОЗБАВЛЕНИМ БАТЬКІВСЬКОГО ПІКЛУВАННЯ(2021) Фомін, А. С.У роботі проаналізовано співвідношення соціальних послуг з соціальною політикою, соціальним захистом, соціальною роботою та соціальною допомогою; з’ясовано правові засади надання соціальних послуг дітям-сиротам; проаналізовано повноваження об’єднаної територіальної громади з надання соціальних послуг в умовах децентралізації влади в України; визначено основні проблеми, які вирішуються під час надання соціальних послуг особам з числа дітей-сиріт та дітей, позбавлених батьківського піклування; надано рекомендації для удосконалення надання соціальних послуг в об’єднаних територіальних громадах дітям-сиротам та дітям, позбавленим батьківського піклування. The paper analyzes the relationship of social services with social policy, social protection, social work and social assistance; the legal bases of providing social services to orphans are clarified; the powers of the united territorial community to provide social services in the conditions of decentralization of power in Ukraine are analyzed; the main problems that are solved during the provision of social services to persons from among orphans and children deprived of parental care are identified; recommendations were provided to improve the provision of social services in the united territorial communities to orphans and children deprived of parental care.
