Item ФОРМУВАННЯ БЕЗПЕЧНОГО ЦИФРОВОГО СЕРЕДОВИЩА У ПОЧАТКОВІЙ ШКОЛІ(2024) Забавська, Ю. С.Цифровізація стала невід'ємною частиною сучасної освіти, що потребує створення безпечного цифрового освітнього середовища для учнів, особливо в початковій школі. У дослідженні проблеми та виклики впровадження цифрових технологій в освіту, включаючи кібербулінг, зловживання персональними даними та перевантаження учнів. Метою роботи є аналіз сутності та специфіки функціонування безпечного цифрового середовища початкової школи, визначення його характеристики та розробка відповідної моделі. Було проведено опитування серед вчителів початкових класів, яке виявило низький рівень підготовки до створення безпечного цифрового середовища. На основі результатів була розроблена модель безпечного цифрового освітнього середовища, яка включає в себе етичні норми онлайн-повідомлень, технологічну підтримку, залучення батьків та адаптивність. Модель була апробована на базі школи під час педагогічного експерименту, що включав семінари, опанування курсів вільного вибору. Результати експерименту показали зростання рівня пізнаваності та навичок вчителів щодо безпечного використання цифрових інструментів, що підвищило ефективність навчального процесу. Дослідження підтверджує необхідність інтеграції безпечного цифрового середовища в практику початкової школи для забезпечення якісної і безпечної освіти / Digitization has become an integral part of modern education, which requires the creation of a safe digital educational environment for students, especially in primary school. The research examines the issues and challenges of implementing digital technologies in education, including cyberbullying, misuse of personal data and student overload. The purpose of the work is to analyze the essence and specifics of the functioning of a safe digital environment of an elementary school, to determine its characteristics and to develop an appropriate model. A survey was conducted among primary school teachers, which revealed a low level of training in creating a safe digital environment. Based on the results, a model of a safe digital educational environment was developed, which includes ethical norms for online messages, technological support, parental involvement and adaptability. The model was tested on the basis of the school during a pedagogical experiment, which included seminars, mastering courses of free choice. The results of the experiment showed an increase in the level of knowledge and skills of teachers regarding the safe use of digital tools, which increased the effectiveness of the educational process. The study confirms the need to integrate a safe digital environment into primary school practice to ensure quality and safe education.Item РОЗРОБКА НЕЙРОМЕРЕЖІ ДЛЯ АВТОМАТИЗОВАНОГО СПОСТЕРЕЖЕННЯ ЗА ТРАНСПОРТНИМ РУХОМ З ПОДАЛЬШИМ ВИЯВЛЕННЯМ ПРАВОПОРУШЕНЬ(2024) Левченко, Д. О.Ця магістерська робота присвячена розробці системи нейромережей для автоматизованого спостереження за транспортним рухом з подальшим виявленням правопорушень. Під час роботи були проаналізовані теоретичні відомості про нейромережі їх історію та сфери їх використання. Перед початком написання програми було проаналізовано існуючі аналоги. На основі аналізу були знайдені переваги та недоліки кожного з них. В процесі аналізу також було сформовано конпцію власної системи для автоматизованого спостереження за транспортним рухом з подальшим виявленням правопорушень. В процесі розробки були написані три нейромережі для відслідковування, сегментації транспортних засобів та подальшого розпізнавання номерних знаків. / This master's thesis is devoted to the development of a neural network system for automated monitoring of traffic with subsequent detection of offenses. During the work, theoretical information about neural networks, their history and areas of their use were analyzed. Before starting to write the program, existing analogs were analyzed. Based on the analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of each of them were found. In the process of analysis, the concept of the own system for automated monitoring of traffic with subsequent detection of offenses was also formed. In the development process, three neural networks were written for tracking, segmentation of vehicles and subsequent recognition of license plates.Item РАННІ СТАДІЇ ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЇ (1920-ТІ – 1950-ТІ РР.) У ШКІЛЬНОМУ КУРСІ ІСТОРІЇ(2021) Братчук, О. Ю.У роботі висвітлено економічний та політичний розвиток країн Західної Європи у ХХ ст. Методологічною основою виступають загальні принципи наукового пізнання. Крім того, принцип історизму, на яке спиралося дослідження, дає змогу розглянути європейські проблеми через конкретні соціально-культурні та економічні обставини. Методи систематизації, узагальнення та порівняння використовувалися для оцінювання процесів євроінтеграції у двох площинах. Визначити та проаналізувати ключові етапи євроінтеграції у першій половині ХХ ст. дозволив метод періодизації. Тема євроінтеграції залишається й на початку ХХІ ст. ключовою у зовнішній політиці європейських держав. Напрям інтеграції у європейське співтовариство є вектором державного розвитку й для України. Розбудова співпраці з Європейським Союзом передбачає знання історичних його підвалин виникнення, у тому числі – й ранніх етапів європейської інтеграції, адже це дасть можливість кращого розуміння особливостей сучасних відносин європейських держав у межах Європейського Союзу. Обрана тема кваліфікаційної роботи дозволила спиратися у ході дослідження й на міжпредметні зв’язки та методи суспільствознавчих наук, таких як економіка, політологія, історія міжнародних відносин. The work outlines the economic and political development of the countries of Western Europe in the twentieth century. The methodological basis is the general principles of scientific knowledge. Furthermore, the principle of historicism, on which the study was based, allows European problems to be viewed through a specific socio-cultural and economic context. Methodologies of systematization, summarization and comparisons have been used to assess the processes of European integration in two dimensions. The method of permutation allowed us to identify and analyze the key stages of European integration in the first half of the twentieth century. The theme of European integration remains at the beginning of the twentieth century a key one in the foreign policy of European states. The orientation of integration into the European partnership is a vector of state development for Ukraine. The development of cooperation with the European Union requires knowledge of its historical origins, including the early stages of European integration, as this will enable a better understanding of the specifics of current relations of European states within the European Union. The chosen topic of the qualification work allowed us to focus on the interdisciplinary links and methods of social sciences, such as economics, political science, history of international relations in the course of the research.Item Особливості розвитку готельної галузі в Херсонській області в умовах пандемії(2020) Тімощук, А. С.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра розглядається актуальна в наш час проблема діяльності готельно-ресторанних підприємств в умовах пандемії. У роботі було розглянуто стан готельного господарства України та вплив пандемії на всю сферу гостинності, а також норми, яких повинні дотримуватись підприємства задля того, щоб мати можливість працювати та надавати послуги гостям. Була надана основна характеристика готелю «Мускат», проаналізовано основні показники діяльності готельно-ресторанного комплексу, а також дотримання санітарних норм на підприємстві. За результатами дослідження було запропоновано впровадити додаткові ефективні методи функціонування готелю «Мускат» в умовах пандемії. The qualification work for the master's degree considers the current problem of hotel and restaurant industry in a pandemic. The paper considers the state of the hotel industry in Ukraine and the impact of the pandemic on the entire hospitality sector, as well as the rules that companies must comply in order to be able to work and provide services to guests. The main characteristics of the Muscat Hotel were provided, the main indicators of the hotel and restaurant complex were analyzed, as well as the observance of sanitary norms at the enterprise. According to the results of the study, it was proposed to introduce additional effective methods of operation of the Muscat Hotel in a pandemic.
