А.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена аналізу ролі громадськості у протидії домашньому насильству через залучення громадських організацій, ініціатив та їх взаємодії з органами державної влади. У роботі висвітлюються поняття, види та причини домашнього насильства, досліджуються міжнародно-правові стандарти, а також українська нормативно-правова база. Особливу увагу приділено ролі громадських організацій у підтримці жертв домашнього насильства, їхній взаємодії з державними структурами та впливу на профілактику насильства. Робота пропонує практичні рекомендації для підвищення ефективності залучення громадськості у протидію цьому явищу. The qualification work is devoted to analyzing the role of the public in combating domestic violence through the involvement of public organizations, initiatives, and their interaction with state authorities. The study examines the concept, types, and causes of domestic violence, investigates international legal standards, and analyzes the Ukrainian legal framework. Special attention is given to the role of public organizations in supporting victims of domestic violence, their cooperation with government structures, and their impact on violence prevention. Здівйснено системний аналіз шляхів вирішення проблеми домашнього насильства. Проаналізовано організаційно-правові засади соціальної реабілітації кривдників в Україні. Узагальнено вітчизняний і зарубіжний досвід організації соціальної реабілітації чоловіків, які здійснюють домашнє насильство. Систематизувати теоретичні підходи до здійснення корекції агресивної поведінки людини. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення технології соціальної реабілітації чоловіків, які здійснюють домашнє насильство Розроблено авторську програму корекційно-реабілітаційної роботи з кривдниками, методичні рекомендації щодо реалізації відповідної роботи на засадах когнітивно-поведінкового підходу The work is devoted to identifying opportunities for improving the technology of social rehabilitation of men who commit domestic violence. A systematic analysis of ways to solve the problem of domestic violence was carried out. The organizational and legal principles of social rehabilitation of offenders in Ukraine are analyzed. The domestic and foreign experience of organizing social rehabilitation of men who commit domestic violence is summarized. Theoretical approaches to the correction of aggressive human behavior are systematized. Directions for improving the technology of social rehabilitation of men who commit domestic violence are proposed The author's program of correctional and rehabilitation work with insulter, methodical recommendations for the implementation of the corresponding work based on the principles of the cognitive-behavioral approach have been developedItem ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО – МЕТОДИЧНІ УМОВИ ПРОФІЛАКТИКИ ДОМАШНЬОГО НАСИЛЬСТВА СЕРЕД ВРАЗЛИВИХ КАТЕГОРІЙ ДІВЧАТ(2022) Буклів, Л. Г.Робота присвячена організаційно – методичні умовам профілактики домашнього насильства серед вразливих категорій дівчат. Визначено основні види насильства та проблематику домашнього насильства в сучасній Україні. Виявлено ознаки потенційної жертви домашнього насильства. Описано існуючі види профілактики домашнього насильства, які діють у даний час. Для перевірки рівня знань дівчат - учениць професійно-технічних училищ щодо домашнього насильства проведене емпіричне дослідження. З урахуванням портрета потенційної жертви насильства та вже існуючих засобів профілактики домашнього насильства, розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо профілактики домашнього насильства серед вразливих категорій дівчат, які навчаються у закладах професійно – технічної освіти. Продемонстровано взаємодію соціальних працівників, соціальних служб та закладів освіти у попередженні домашнього насильства. The work is devoted to organizational and methodical conditions of prevention of domestic violence among vulnerable categories of girls. The main types of violence and the problems of domestic violence in modern Ukraine are defined. Signs of a potential victim of domestic violence have been identified. The existing types of prevention of domestic violence, which are active at present, are described. An empirical study was conducted to check the level of knowledge of girls - students of vocational schools regarding domestic violence. Taking into account the portrait of a potential victim of violence and the already existing means of prevention of domestic violence, methodical recommendations on the prevention of domestic violence among vulnerable categories of girls studying in vocational and technical education institutions have been developed. The interaction of social workers, social services and educational institutions in the prevention of domestic violence has been demonstrated.Item ВЗАЄМОДІЯ СУБ'ЄКТІВ ОТГ У ВИПАДКУ ДОМАШНЬОГО НАСИЛЬСТВА(2021) Гриниченко, К. В.У роботі проаналізовано хід і результати процесу децентралізації влади в аспекті перерозподілу повноважень між суб’єктами захисту прав дитини; виявлено переваги і недоліки організації діяльності суб’єктів захисту прав дитини на рівні об’єднаних територіальних громад; узагальнено досвід профілактики домашнього насильства щодо дітей на локальному рівні; обґрунтовано напрями удосконалення взаємодії суб’єктів профілактики домашнього насильства над дітьми у громаді і представлено у вигляді моделі. The paper analyzes the progress and results of the process of decentralization of power in aspect of redistribution of powers between the subjects of protection of children's rights; the advantages and disadvantages of the organization of the activities of the subjects of protection children's rights at the level of the united territorial communities are revealed; the experience of prevention of domestic violence against children at the local level is generalized; the directions of improvement of interaction of subjects of prevention of domestic violence against children in the community are substantiated and presented as a model.Item ЗМІСТ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДРОЗДІЛІВ ЮВЕНАЛЬНОЇ ПРЕВЕНЦІЇ В НАДАННІ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПОСЛУГ ДИТИНІ, ЯКА ЗАЗНАЛА НАСИЛЬСТВА В СІМ’Ї(2021) Токар, А. А.У роботі уточнено поняття «насилля», «насилля в сім’ї»; охарактеризовано зміст соціально-педагогічної діяльності з попередження та запобігання насилля в сім'ї щодо дитини; проаналізовано специфіку роботи попередження насилля щодо дитини в сім'ї у роботі ювенальної превенції; розроблено методичні рекомендації щодо попереджувальної роботи підрозділів ювенальної превенції щодо насилля дитини в сім'ї. Ю.У кваліфікаційній роботі визначено специфічні ознаки насильства як феномену сучасного суспільства. Зазначено характерні риси проблематики домашнього насильства в Україні. Розкрито зміст функцій та завдань соціального педагога закладу загальної середньої освіти. Подано аналіз форм роботи соціального педагога школи з попередження домашнього насильства. Розроблено програму взаємодії соціального педагога в школі щодо попередження насильства в сім’ї «Разом заради дитини»; визначено засоби моніторингу та оцінки ефективності програми. The qualification work identifies specific features of violence as a phenomenon of modern society. The characteristic features of the issue of domestic violence in Ukraine are noted. The content of functions and tasks of a social pedagogue in a general secondary education institution is revealed. An analysis of the forms of the social pedagogue activity in a school for the prevention of domestic violence is presented. The program of interaction of the social pedagogue in a school concerning the prevention of domestic violence «Together for the sake of the child» is developed; the means of monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the program are defined.Item СПЕЦИФІКА СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ З ЖІНКАМИ, ЩО ПОСТРАЖДАЛИ ВІД ДОМАШНЬОГО НАСИЛЬСТВА(2020) Літвінова, Д. С.Актуальність теми. Дипломна робота відзначається актуальністю, оскільки насильство над жінками є комплексною соціально-психологічною проблемою, яку небезпідставно розглядають крізь призму, зокрема, феноменологічного підходу. Прогресуюче зростання проявів насилля над жінками в домашніх умовах в різних країнах світу постійно активізує цю тему, оскільки мільйони жінок у різних регіонах планети щоденно, щомиті переживають насилля, а потім усе життя страждають від наслідків насилля – фізичних, психічних, світоглядних, культурних, духовних. Мета і завдання дослідження. Дослідження специфіки соціальної роботи з жінками, що постраждали від домашнього насильства. Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно розв’язати такі завдання: – дослідити напрями, способи і механізми оптимізації соціальної роботи з жінками-жертвами домашнього насильства; – розробити програму «Соціальна допомога жінкам, що постраждали від домашнього насильства в період самоізоляції». Об’єкт і предмет - домашнє насильство щодо жінок як деструктивний соціальний феномен. Предмет дослідження – специфіка соціальної роботи з жінками, що постраждали від домашнього насильства. Для розв’язання поставлених завданьв роботі використовувалися такі методи дослідження: аналіз, порівняння, систематизація, класифікація та узагальнення. Actuality of theme. Thesis is relevant, because violence against women is a complex socio-psychological problem, which is rightly considered through the prism, in particular, the phenomenological approach. The progressive growth of domestic violence against women in different countries is constantly intensifying this topic, as millions of women in different parts of the world experience violence every day, every second, and then suffer all their lives from the consequences of violence - physical, mental, ideological, cultural, spiritual. The purpose and objectives of the study. Research of the specifics of social work with women victims of domestic violence. - to explore areas, methods and mechanisms for optimizing social work with women victims of domestic violence; - to develop the program "Social assistance to women victims of domestic violence during self-isolation". Object and subject. The object of the study is domestic violence against women as a destructive social phenomenon. The subject of the research is the specifics of social work with women victims of domestic violence. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks: analysis, comparison, systematization, classification and generalization. Structure and scope of work: the work consists of an introduction, three sections, eight subsections, conclusions, a list of sources used (70 items). The study contains 2 figures.
