    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню процесу організації ефективного управління у сфері ресторанного бізнесу на прикладі ресторану «Терраса». Проаналізовано ключові аспекти управління, включаючи планування, контроль якості, мотивацію персоналу та оптимізацію бізнес-процесів. Особливо увага приділена формуванню клієнтоорієнтованої стратегії та підвищенню конкурентоспроможності закладу. Розглянуто роль інноваційних підходів у підвищенні ефективності роботи ресторану. На основі отриманих даних розроблено практичні рекомендації для покращення управлінських рішень. Висновки підкреслюють важливість системного підходу та гнучкості в управлінні. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the process of organizing effective management in the restaurant business using the example of the restaurant "Terrasa". Key aspects of management are analyzed, including planning, quality control, staff motivation and optimization of business processes. Particular attention is paid to the formation of a customer-oriented strategy and increasing the competitiveness of the institution. The role of innovative approaches in increasing the efficiency of the restaurant's work is considered. Based on the data obtained, practical recommendations for improving management decisions are developed. The conclusions emphasize the importance of a systematic approach and flexibility in management.

    У роботі розглядаються основні принципи та методи управління проєктами в міжнародному бізнес-середовищі. Особлива увага приділяється специфіці управління проєктами в глобальному контексті, аналізу ризиків та ресурсів, а також ефективності використання різних методологій, таких як Agile, Scrum, та традиційні підходи. Автор досліджує вплив культурних та економічних факторів на управлінські стратегії та розглядає інноваційні інструменти для оптимізації проектних процесів. Основна мета роботи — визначити ключові фактори успіху для ефективного управління міжнародними проєктами. The paper examines the main principles and methods of project management in the international business environment. Special attention is given to the specifics of project management in the global context, risk and resource analysis, as well as the effectiveness of various methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and traditional approaches. The author investigates the influence of cultural and economic factors on management strategies and explores innovative tools for optimizing project processes. The main goal of the paper is to identify the key success factors for effective management of international projects.

    У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні та практичні аспекти впливу політики злиттів і поглинань на ефективність діяльності підприємств фармацевтичної галузі України. Розглянуто ключові компоненти та принципи оцінки ефективності, а також фактори, що сприяють її підвищенню. На прикладі ПрАТ «АМ Фармація» проведено аналіз використання ресурсів і запропоновано стратегічні підходи для оптимізації діяльності, підвищення рентабельності та забезпечення економічної стабільності підприємства. / The qualification work explores theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of mergers and acquisitions policies on the efficiency of pharmaceutical enterprises in Ukraine. Key components and principles of efficiency assessment, along with factors for its improvement, are reviewed. Using PJSC "AM Pharmacy" as a case study, resource utilization analysis was conducted, and strategic approaches were proposed to optimize operations, increase profitability, and ensure the company's economic stability.

One of the most rapidly developing sectors of the service market is the restaurant business, which is ahead of many sectors of the national economy in terms of growth. "The study of the market of restaurant business services as the basis of its functioning is of scientific interest. Currently, more than half of the gross domestic product (GDP) is produced in the service sector, and it itself exerts an increasing influence on the country's economy, the nature and structure of the population's consumption."

    Сучасна світова тенденція – прискорення процесу роботи з гостями. Велика роль надання цих «невловимих» послуг належить системам автоматизації. Застосування інформаційних технологій дозволяє зробити низку основних процесів життєдіяльності готельно-ресторанний комплекс максимально ефективними за досить короткий час та дозволяє автоматизувати не тільки всі етапи роботи з гостем, а й більшість сфер господарської діяльності ресторанного бізнесу. Цілий перелік переваг автоматизованого управління дозволили говорити про подібні системи як один з визначальних факторів репутації та престижу. The current global trend is to speed up the process of working with guests. Automation systems play a major role in providing these "intangible" services. The use of information technologies allows to make a number of basic life processes of the hotel-restaurant complex as efficient as possible in a fairly short time and allows to automate not only all stages of work with the guest, but also most spheres of economic activity of the restaurant business. A whole list of advantages of automated management made it possible to talk about such systems as one of the determining factors of reputation and prestige.

    В роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні аспекти визначення ефективності управлінських рішень. Проведено оцінку ефективності управлінських рішень на фермерському господарстві «Шовкун».Визначено основні проблеми аграрного сектору України в умовах війни та перспективи його розвитку в післявоєнний період. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності управлінських рішень у фінансово-економічній діяльності фермерського господарства «Шовкун». Theoretical and methodical aspects of determining the effectiveness of management decisions are investigated in the work. An assessment of the effectiveness of management decisions at the "Shovkun" farm was carried out. The main problems of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the conditions of the war and the prospects for its development in the post-war period are determined. Ways to increase the effectiveness of management decisions in the financial and economic activity of the "Shovkun" farm are proposed.

    ПСИХОЛОГІЧНИЙ ПРОФІЛЬ ЕФЕКТИВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМЦЯ В СУЧАСНИХ РЕАЛІЯХ

    У кваліфікаційній роботі обгрунтовані теоретичні аспекти дослідження психологічного профілю підприємця, а такожздійснено аналіземпіричних особливостей психологічного профілю ефективного підприємця в сучасних реаліях. При цьому в роботі визначено сутність та типи психологічного профілю підприємця, виявлено психологічні аспекти, що впливають на успішність підприємницької діяльності. Значну увагу приділено визначенню та уточненню методикидослідження психологічного профілю ефективного підприємця. Проведено аналіз психологічного профілю ефективного підприємця на прикладі субєктів підприємницької діяльності Херсонської області, зокрема визначено типи особистостей підприємців-респондентів,рівень їхньої мотивації до успіху, рівень стресостійкості. Здійснено оцінку впливу психологічного профілю підприємця на формування його ефективності,зокрема виявлено вплив статі, віку, строку тривалості діяльності та інших факторів на ефективність функціонування бізнесу, визначено рівень підприємницького потенціалу підприємців-респондентів. Запропоновані практичні рекомендації підприємцям щодо посилення їхньої психологічної стійкості. The qualification work substantiates the theoretical aspects of the study of the psychological profile of an entrepreneur, as well as analyses the empirical features of the psychological profile of an effective entrepreneur in modern realities. The article defines the essence and types of psychological profile of an entrepreneur, identifies psychological aspects that influence the success of entrepreneurial activity. Considerable attention is paid to defining and clarifying the methodology for studying the psychological profile of an effective entrepreneur. An analysis of the psychological profile of an effective entrepreneur is carried out on the example of business entities in the Kherson region, in particular, the types of personalities of the respondent entrepreneurs, the level of their motivation to succeed, and the level of stress resistance are determined. The influence of the entrepreneur's psychological profile on the formation of his/her efficiency is assessed, in particular, the influence of gender, age, duration of activity and other factors on the efficiency of business functioning is identified, the level of entrepreneurial potential of the respondents is determined. Practical recommendations for entrepreneurs to strengthen their psychological resilience are proposed.

The work examines corporate culture as a factor in the effectiveness of modern enterprise management. The essence and functions of the concept are revealed, an analysis of the effectiveness of corporate culture is provided. Recommendations on the formation of corporate culture are offered. An assessment of the effectiveness of the developed recommendations was carried out.

The article studies the production potential of an industrial enterprise, its essence has been disclosed and the methodology for assessing the use of production potential has been analyzed. Development of measures to increase efficiency of use of production potential of enterprise is proposed and level of its use is evaluated.
