    Проведено аналіз рівні сформованості життєвих навичок, що відповідають типам здоров’я школярів середнього шкільного віку. Отримані результати демонструють недостатніть сформованих життєваих навичок, що сприяють фізичному благополуччя. An analysis of the level of formation of life skills corresponding to the types of health of middle school students was carried out. The obtained results demonstrate insufficiently formed life skills that contribute to physical well-being.

    ФІЗИЧНА АКТИВНІСТЬ УЧНІВ ПОЧАТКОВОЇ ШКОЛИ В УМОВАХ НОВОЇ УКРАЇНСЬКОЇ ШКОЛИ

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена розробці та впровадженню інноваційного змістовно – методичного забезпечення до проведення уроків фізичної культури в умовах НУШ. В результаті дослідження за визначенням фізичного та психоемоційного стану, та результатами сформованості здоров’язбережувальної компетентності було встановлено, що у експериментальна група учнів, які займалися за розробленою методикою, характеризуються підвищення показників у формування здоров’язбережувальної компетентності за концепцією НУШ, яка в свою чергу посприяла підвищенню фізичного стану учнів, на відмінно від контрольної групи. Qualification work is devoted to the development and implementation of innovative content - methodological support for physical education lessons in the conditions of NUS. As a result of research on the definition of physical and psycho-emotional state, and the results of the formation of health competence, it was found that the experimental group of students engaged in the developed method is characterized by increased performance in the formation of health competence according to NUS, which improving the physical condition of students, in contrast to the control group.
