Item ОСНОВНІ НАПРЯМИ ЗДІЙСНЕННЯ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ В ДЕОКУПОВАНІЙ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНІЙ ГРОМАДІ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ М. ХЕРСОН)(2024) Крупенко, Т. М.Робота присвячена актуальній проблемі організації соціальної роботи в деокупованих територіальних громадах України, зокрема на прикладі Херсонської міської громади. Досліджено поняття «територіальна громада», «деокупована територіальна громада», «соціальні послуги», «потреби». Проаналізовано: які наслідки окупації для системи надання соціальних послуг, які основні потреби населення в деокупованих громадах, як організовано надання допомоги соціальними установами в деокупованій Херсонській міській громаді? Теоретичні матеріали дослідження можуть бути корисними для кураторів академічних груп, соціальних педагогів, психологів та соціальних працівників з метою вивчення проблем міграції та роботи з мігрантами. Матеріали та результати кваліфікаційної роботи також можуть бути використані в підготовці навчальних посібників, підготовки до навчальних занять з проблем міграції та в практичній діяльності студентів і викладачів вищої освіти. The work is devoted to the actual problem of organizing social work in the de-occupied territorial communities of Ukraine, in particular on the example of the Kherson city community. The concepts of "territorial community", "de-occupied territorial community", "social services", "needs" were studied. Analyzed: what are the consequences of the occupation for the system of providing social services, what are the main needs of the population in the de-occupied communities, how is the provision of assistance by social institutions in the de-occupied Kherson city community organized? The theoretical materials of the study can be useful for curators of academic groups, social pedagogues, psychologists and social workers in order to study the problems of migration and work with migrants. The materials and results of the qualification work can also be used in the preparation of training manuals, preparation for training sessions on migration issues, and in the practical activities of students and teachers of higher education.Item ІНДИВІДУАЛЬНІ ОСОБЛИВОСТІ МОТИВАЦІЙНО-ПОТРЕБНІСНОЇ СФЕРИ ПРОФЕСІЙНОГО ВИБОРУ(2023) Лаврієнко, В. В.Робота присвячена вивченню факторів, які впливають на мотивацію та потреби у процесі вибору професії у студентів. Досліджені різноманітні індивідуальні особливості студентів, такі як особистісні риси, цінності, інтереси, досвід та інші фактори, які впливають на їхню мотивацію та потреби у виборі професії. Одним з сильних аспектів роботи є її дослідницький підхід. Проведено глибокий аналіз літератури з питань мотивації та потреб, а також виконано емпіричне дослідження, включаючи анкетування студентів. Це дозволило отримати науково обґрунтовані висновки щодо мотивації та потреб студентів у професійному виборі. Другим сильним аспектом роботи є актуальність теми. Вибір професії є важливим кроком у житті кожного студента, і розуміння факторів, що впливають на мотивацію та потреби студентів у цьому процесі, має велике значення для професійного розвитку молодої людини. Додатково, робота містить аналіз ролі кар'єрних цілей та планів студентів у процесі вибору професії, що додає практичного значення дослідженню. Пропонуються рекомендації щодо покращення мотивації та задоволення потреб студентів у процесі професійного вибору, що є цінним внеском у відповідну наукову галузь. The work is devoted to the study of factors that influence the motivation and needs of students in the process of choosing a profession. Various individual characteristics of students, such as personality traits, values, interests, experience, and other factors that influence their motivation and needs in choosing a profession, are investigated. One of the strongest aspects of the paper is its research approach. An in-depth analysis of the literature on motivation and needs was conducted, as well as an empirical study, including a survey of students. This allowed us to draw scientifically based conclusions about the motivation and needs of students in their professional choices. The second strong aspect of the work is the relevance of the topic. Choosing a profession is an important step in the life of every student, and understanding the factors that influence students' motivation and needs in this process is of great importance for the professional development of a young person. Additionally, the paper analyzes the role of students' career goals and plans in the process of choosing a profession, which adds practical value to the study. Recommendations are offered to improve the motivation and satisfaction of students' needs in the process of professional choice, which is a valuable contribution to the relevant scientific field.
