    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена теоретичному та нормативному обґрунтуванню сучасного стану сфери санітарно-епідеміологічного благополуччя населення, а також формулюванню подальших перспектив її розвитку. В ході роботи було надано правову характеристику сфери санітарно-епідеміологічного благополуччя населення, враховуючи адміністративно-правові аспекти; досліджено особливості застосування окремих видів заходів публічного адміністрування у сфері санітарно-епідеміологічного благополуччя населення; висвітлено перспективи удосконалення адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері санітарно-епідеміологічного благополуччя населення України, враховуючи міжнародний аспект. The qualifying work is devoted to theoretical and normative substantiation of the current state of the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, as well as the formulation of further prospects for its development. In the course of work was provided legal characteristics of the sphere of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population, taking into account administrative and legal aspects; highlighted prospects for improving administrative and legal regulation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population of Ukraine, taking into account the international aspect.
