С.В роботі уточнено зміст поняття «глобальна нестабільність» у контексті розвитку сучасних економіко-політичних відносин, здійснено аналіз показників ВВП України в потенційних сценаріях вступу до ЄС за допомогою методу синтетичного контролю, а також запропоновано авторське бачення ситуації щодо формування можливих напрямків розвитку процесів євроінтеграції в Україні та загальних рекомендацій щодо вирішення потенційних викликів. Узагальнено підходи до аналізу та прогнозування за допомогою методу синтетичного контролю. Проведено оцінку актуального етапу інтеграції до ЄС на основі наявного досвіду інших країн. Проаналізовано основні економічні показники України в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів сучасності. The paper clarifies the meaning of the concept of "global instability" in the context of the development of modern economic and political relations, analyzes Ukraine's GDP indicators in potential scenarios of accession to the EU using the synthetic control method, and also proposes the author's vision of the situation regarding the formation of possible directions for the development of European integration processes in Ukraine and general recommendations for solving potential challenges. Generalizes approaches to analysis and forecasting using the synthetic control method. An assessment of the current stage of integration into the EU is carried out based on the existing experience of other countries. The paper examines the formation and development of legislative regulation of relations in the sphere of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the EU countries; the regulatory and legal regulation of relations in this area is analyzed; the concepts of refugee and migrant as subjects of legal relations are considered; the concept and content of the legal status of the subjects of legal relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants were investigated; the content of legal relations in this area is disclosed; problematic issues of legal regulation of relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the context of various national legal systems of the EU countries are investigated.Item ОЦІНКА ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ НАСЛІДКІВ ПОТЕНЦІЙНОГО ВСТУПУ УКРАЇНИ ДО ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ(2023) Романчук, О. С.В роботі досліджено наслідки потенційного вступу України до Європейського Союзу, а також сформовано ряд прогнозів та рекомендацій щодо вирішення проблем інтеграційних процесів. Охарактеризовано критерії та процес вступу до Європейського союзу, а також існуючі приклади вступу до Європейського Союзу країн, з економікою, що розвивається. Розглянуто специфіку ринку праці в України в умовах Євроінтеграції. Проведено аналіз потенціалу інвестиційної діяльності. Визначено стан торгівельної діяльності України та Європейського Союзу. Проведено оцінку перспектив розвитку інтеграційних процесів між Україною та Європейським Союзом та сформовано шляхи подолання можливих кризових явищ на шляху до вступу до Європейського Союзу. The paper examines the consequences of Ukraine's potential accession to the European Union, as well as formulates a number of forecasts and recommendations for solving the problems of integration processes. The criteria and process of accession to the European Union are characterized, as well as existing examples of accession to the European Union of countries with a developing economy. The specifics of the labor market in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration are considered. An analysis of the potential of investment activity was carried out. The state of trade activity of Ukraine and the European Union is determined. An assessment of the prospects for the development of integration processes between Ukraine and the European Union was carried out, and ways of overcoming possible crisis phenomena on the way to joining the European Union were formed.Item ЄВРОІНТЕГРАЦІЙНА ПОЛІТИКА УКРАЇНИ НАПРИКІНЦІ ХХ – НА ПОЧАТКУ ХХІ СТ. Attention is focused on the economic cooperation between Ukraine and the European Union.Item ПРАВОВІ ОСНОВИ ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В ДЕРЖАВАХ УЧАСНИЦЯХ ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО СОЮЗУ ТА В УКРАЇНІ(2021) Кашичева, І. В.Кваліфікаційна робота викладена на 39 сторінках, вона складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел (38 позицій). Об'єктом розгляду є суспільні відносини, що виникають у сфері залучення іноземних інвестицій. Предметом роботи виступають правові основи інвестиційної діяльності в державах-учасницях Європейського Союзу та в Україні. Методи роботи: спеціальні та загальнонаукові методи, метод аналізу, порівняння та формальний метод.У першому розділі розглянуто науково-теоретичний аспект інвестиційної діяльності. У другому розділі розглянуто механізм правового регулювання інвестиційної діяльності в європейському регіоні. У третьому розділі зроблено поріняльний аналіз інвестиційної діяльності Європейського Союзу та України. За результатами роботи зроблено висновки, що інвестиційна діяльність відіграє важливу роль в розвитку будь-якої країни та в її економічному середовищі. Тhe qualification work is presented on 39 pages, it consists of the introduction, three sections, conclusions, the list of the used sources (38 positions). The object of consideration is public relations arising in the field of attracting foreign investment. The subject of the work is the legal basis of investment activity in the member states of the European Union and in Ukraine. Methods of work: special and general scientific methods, method of analysis, comparison and formal method. In the first section the scientific-theoretical aspect of investment activity is considered. The second section considers the mechanism of legal regulation of investment activities in the European region. The third section provides a comparative analysis of the investment activities of the European Union and Ukraine. Based on the results of the work, it is concluded that investment activity plays an important role in the development of any country and in its economic environment.Item ПРАВОВИЙ СТАТУС ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОГО ПАРЛАМЕНТУ : ПРОБЛЕМИ ТЕОРІЇ ТА ПРАКТИКИ(2020) Грибик, Г. В.Робота присвячена аналізу місця та ролі Європейського парламенту в системі органів Євросоюзу. Автором проаналізовано процеси становлення та розвитку Європарламеніу, досліджено порядок його формування та внутрішню структуру, визначено правове положення Європейського парламенту в системі органів та інститутів Європейського Союзу, розкрито особливості функціонування Європейського парламенту. З'ясовано, що Європейський парламент є виборним представницьким органом Європейського Союзу, який формується прямими виборами, що в свою чергу додає йому легітимності в процесі прийняття рішень. Представницька природа Європейського парламенту доповнюється механізмами керування та управління у Європейському Союзі, оскільки обрані до його складу здійснюють владні та управлінські повноваження. Формами участі Європейського парламенту в процесі прийняття рішень є консультації, співробітництво, спілвне прийняття рішень та надання згоди. Наголошено, що нашій країні слід зосередитись на поглибленні міжпарламентського співробітництва з інституціями ЄС та у перспективі - вступ до Європейського Союзу. Інструментом побудови взаємин Євросоюзу з Україною є програма «Східне Партнерство», якою передбачене підвищення рівня політичної взаємодії, інтеграцію в економіку ЄС. посилення механізмів енергетичної безпеки, а також підвищення фінансової допомоги. Через Комплексну програму інституційного розвитку Європейський Союз пропонує більш інтенсивну підтримку реформ країн- партнерів, що надасть можливість об’єднати усіх партнерів при вирішенні спільних питань. The paper is devoted to the analysis of the place and rôle of the European Parliament in the structure of the European Union. The author analyzes the processes of formation and development of the European Parliament, examines the order of its formation and internal structure, determines the legal position of the European Parliament in the system of bodies and institutes of the European Union, and reveals the peculiarities of the functioning of the European Parliament. It has been found that the European Parliament is an elected representative body of the European Union, which is fonned by direct elections, which in turn gives it legitimacy in the decision-making process. The representative nature of the European Parliament is complemented by the mechanisms of governance and management in the European Union, as those elected to it exercise power and managerial authority. Forms of participation of the European Parliament in the decision-making process are consultation, cooperation, joint decision-making and granting of consent. It has been emphasized that our country should focus on deepening inter¬parliamentary cooperation with the EU institutions and. in the long run. joining the European Union. The “Eastern Partnership” program is a tool for building the EU’s relations with Ukraine, which envisages increasing the level of political cooperation, integration into the EU economy, strengthening energy security mechanisms, as well as increasing financial assistance. Using the Comprehensive Institutional Development Program, the European Union offers more intensive support to partner countries' reforms, which will provide an opportunity to unite all partners in addressing common issues.
