У ШКІЛЬНОМУ КУРСІ ІСТОРІЇ(2023) Харчук, О. В.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню й аналізу процесу формування системи колективної безпеки у ХХ столітті. У роботі подається аналіз історіографії з обраної теми дослідження, характеристика поняття «колективної безпеки», а також дослідження процесу становлення системи колективної безпеки у вигляді міжнародних організацій (Ліга Націй, Організація Об’єднаних Націй та Організація Північноатлантичного договору), які стали виявом колективної взаємодії учасників задля підтримання та регулювання міжнародної безпеки та миру. Також у роботі досліджено виклад даного матеріалу передбачуваного навчальною програмою МОН у шкільних підручниках зі Всесвітньої історії. The qualification work is devoted to the study and analysis of the process of formation of the collective security system in the twentieth century. The work provides an analysis of the historiography on the chosen research topic, a description of the concept of "collective security", as well as a study of the process of formation of the collective security system in the form of international organizations (League of Nations, United Nations and North Atlantic Treaty Organization), which became a manifestation of the collective interaction of participants to maintain and regulate international security and peace. Д.Магістерська кваліфікаційна робота присвячена висвітленню співробітництва України з іншими державами та міжнародними організаціями у сфері правоохоронної діяльності. Визначено, що на сучасному етапі розвитку, міжнародне співробітництво у сфері правоохоронної діяльності являє собою різновид міжнародного співробітництва, яке виникає та розвивається між рівноправними суб’єктами міжнародного права на основі формування та цілеспрямованого проведення ними зовнішньої політики. Прослідковано етапи становлення етичних норм для поліції та їх відображення у національному законодавстві. Висвітлено історію становлення Інтерполу та Робочого апарат Укрбюро Інтерполу. Визначено Європейський поліцейський офіс як правоохоронну інституцію Європейського союзу, правову основу взаємовідносин якого з Україною відображено в «Угоді між Україною та Європейським поліцейським офісом про стратегічне співробітництво». Прослідковано розвиток партнерських відносин між Україною і НАТО. The master`s qualification work is devoted to the coverage of Ukraine's cooperation with other states and international organizations in the field of law enforcement. It has been determined that at the current stage of development, international law enforcement cooperation is a type of international cooperation that arises and develops between equal subjects of international law based on the formation and purposeful implementation of foreign policy. The stages of developing ethical standards for the police and their reflection in national legislation have been studied. The history of development of Interpol and the Interpol Ukrburo Workforce is shown. The European Police Office is defined as a law enforcement institution of the European Union, the legal basis for its relations with Ukraine is reflected in the "Agreement between Ukraine and the European Police Office on Strategic Cooperation". The development of partnership relations between Ukraine and NATO was traced.
