Виявлено та охарактеризовано основні умови і фактори підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств. Вивчено методичні підходи щодо оцінки економічної ефективності сільськогосподарської продукції, досліджено складові економічного механізму гармонізації економічних інтересів учасників відтворювального процесу. Розкрито особливості використання маркетингу як важливого організаційного важеля підвищення ефективності сільського господарства. Запропоновані концептуальні положення організаційно-економічного механізму підвищення ефективності сільськогосподарських підприємств на підставі системного підходу. The scientific paper identifies the economic essence and content of the economic efficiency of agricultural production and the basis of state support. We identified and characterized the main conditions and factors for improving the efficiency of agricultural enterprises were. Methodical approaches to assessing the economic efficiency of agricultural products have been studied, the components of the economic mechanism of harmonization of economic interests of participants in the reproduction process have been researched. We revealed the peculiarities of using marketing as an important organizational lever to increase the efficiency of agriculture. The work is devoted to the development of a systematic approach to the elements of financial management of commercial organizations, the construction of its structure, as well as the appropriate adaptation of foreign experience in the development of financial management to the financial activities of domestic enterprises. A new paradigm of management that meets the requirements of the time, in connection with the implementation of anti-crisis strategy of the state and commercial organizations aimed at overcoming the economic crisis and the transition to innovative development, led to consideration of financial management, its structure, models, investment and financing. using elements of strategic and tactical financial management.
