Item ДИНАМІКА ФУНКЦІОНАЛЬНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ КАРДІО-РЕСПІРАТОРНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ФУТБОЛІСТІВ ВІКОМ 12-14 РОКІВ У РІЧНОМУ ЦИКЛІ ПІДГОТОВКИ(2024) Гречин, Н. Ю.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі вивчення динаміки функціональних показників кардіо-респіраторної системи футболістів віком 12-14 років у річному циклі підготовки. Встановлено, що у річному циклі підготовки юних футболістів відбувається позитивна у динаміці показників ЧСС та артеріального тиску починаючи з початку дослідження і закінчуючи загальним етапом циклу підготовки. Після проведення проби Мартіне-Крушельовського з’ясовано, що на всіх етапах річного циклу підготовки спостерігається відносно нижчі показники реакції серцево-судинної системи на дозоване навантаження на більш пізніх етапах річного циклу, і більш повне відновлення показників ЧСС вже наприкінці другої хвилини під час змагального та передзмагаьнього етапів річного циклу підготовки. The qualification work is devoted to the problem of studying the dynamics of functional indicators of the cardiorespiratory system of football players aged 12-14 years in the annual training cycle. It was established that in the annual training cycle of young football players there is a positive change in the dynamics of heart rate and blood pressure indicators starting from the beginning of the study and ending with the general stage of the training cycle. After conducting the Martin-Krushelovsky test, it was found that at all stages of the annual training cycle, relatively lower indicators of the cardiovascular system's response to dosed load are observed at later stages of the annual cycle, and a more complete recovery of heart rate indicators at the end of the second minute during the competitive and pre-competitive stages of the annual training cycle.Item ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ПСИХІЧНОГО СТАНУ ВИСОКОКВАЛІФІКОВАНИХ БОРЦІВ В ПЕРІОДАХ РІЧНОГО ТРЕНУВАЛЬНОГО ЦИКЛУ(2020) Довгалюк, Р. С.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей психічних станів борців на різних періодах річного тренувального циклу. За результатами опитування (методика А.Реан) нами виявлено, що більшості борців-майстрів спорту властива мотивація на успіх на всіх етапах обстеження, хоча спостерігається зниження її показника ближче до передзмагального етапу (87,2% - загально-підготовчий етап, 80,0% - спеціально-підготовчий етап, 64,2% - перед змагальний етап). У групі борців, що мають кваліфікацію кандидат у майстри спорту також характерний хороший психічний стан відносно тривожності та депресії під час загально-підготовчого та спеціально-підготовчого етапів річного циклу, але величини виявилися дещо нижчими, ніж у групі майстрів спорту. На всіх етапах обстеження у групі майстрів спорту не виявилося жодного із задовільним та низьким рівнем самооцінки емоційних станів. Вони характеризувалися відносно вищими показниками самооцінки емоційних станів на всіх етапах обстеження, ніж кандидати у майстри спорту. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the mental states of wrestlers at different periods of the annual training cycle. According to the results of the survey (A. Rean's method), we found that most wrestlers are motivated to succeed at all stages of the survey, although there is a decrease in its rate closer to the pre-competition stage (87.2% - general training stage, 80.0 % - special preparatory stage, 64.2% - before the competitive stage). The group of wrestlers with the qualification of a candidate for master of sports is also characterized by a good mental state regarding anxiety and depression during the general and special stages of the annual cycle, but the values were slightly lower than in the group of masters of sports. At all stages of the survey in the group of masters of sports there was none with a satisfactory and low level of self-esteem of emotional states and were characterized by relatively higher self-esteem of emotional states at all stages of the survey than candidates for masters of sports.
