    У роботі висвітлюється особливість стану захворювання у дітей з порушенням опорно-рухового апарату. Зазначено, що діти які мають діагноз дитячий церебральний параліч в залежності від ступеню тяжкості захворювання, мають проблеми з навколишнім середовищем і потребують допомоги фахівців. Реабілітаційні заходи забезпечують повноцінне лікування та корекцію опорно-рухового апарату, що дає великий стимул у подальших діях дітей, відповідно через це проведення терапії та лікування забезпечують повноцінну адаптацію до життя у середовищі. Abstract: the paper highlights the peculiarity of the disease in children with musculoskeletal disorders. It is noted that children diagnosed with cerebral palsy, depending on the severity of the disease, have environmental problems and need professional help. Rehabilitation measures provide full treatment and correction of the musculoskeletal system, which gives great impetus to the further actions of children, respectively, through this therapy and treatment provide full adaptation to life in the environment.

    В останні роки в багатьох країнах, в тому числі і в нашій, здійснюються спроби використання в якості лікувальних і реабілітаційних прийомів традиційних і нетрадиційних засобів фізичної реабілітації. Отже, це дає підстави стверджувати, що дельфінотерапія вигідно виділяється з безлічі корекційних методів здатністю викликати позитивний емоційний резонанс, завдяки якому можна стимулювати реабілітаційний процес при захворюваннях нервової системи та зокрема при ДЦП. In recent years, in many countries, including ours, attempts are being made to use traditional and non-traditional means of physical rehabilitation as medical and rehabilitation techniques. Thus, this gives grounds to claim that dolphin therapy is favorably distinguished from many corrective methods by the ability to cause a positive emotional resonance, which can stimulate the rehabilitation process in diseases of the nervous system and in particular cerebral palsy.
