В роботі досліджується становлення та розвиток законодавчого регулювання відносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів у країнах ЄС; проаналізовано нормативно-правове регулювання відносин у цій сфері; розглянуто поняття біженця та мігранта як суб'єктів правовідносин; досліджено поняття та зміст правового статусу суб'єктів правовідносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів; розкрито зміст правовідносин у цій сфері; досліджено проблемні питання правового регулювання відносин у сфері захисту прав біженців та мігрантів у контексті різних національних правових систем країн ЄС. Dedicated to the comprehensive study of problems of the theory and practice of the legal regime of refugees and migrants in Europe. The paper examines the formation and development of legislative regulation of relations in the sphere of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the EU countries; the regulatory and legal regulation of relations in this area is analyzed; the concepts of refugee and migrant as subjects of legal relations are considered; the concept and content of the legal status of the subjects of legal relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants were investigated; the content of legal relations in this area is disclosed; problematic issues of legal regulation of relations in the field of protection of the rights of refugees and migrants in the context of various national legal systems of the EU countries are investigated.Item ІНСТИТУТ СПАДКУВАННЯ У МІЖНАРОДНОМУ ПРИВАТНОМУ ПРАВІ: ПОРІВНЯЛЬНИЙ АНАЛІЗ(2024) Бачкала, Є. Ю.Ця кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню інституту спадкування в міжнародному приватному праві з порівняльної точки зору. В роботі аналізуються правові системи різних країн з метою виявлення спільних та відмінних рис у підходах до спадкування. Особлива увага приділяється вивченню міжнародних договорів та конвенцій, що регулюють спадкові відносини, а також аналізу судової практики та доктрини. У висновках роботи підкреслюється необхідність розробки міжнародних стандартів та уніфікованих норм для спрощення процедур спадкування у міжнародному контексті, підвищення правової обізнаності громадян та запровадження альтернативних методів врегулювання спадкових конфліктів. This qualification paper is dedicated to the study of the institution of inheritance in international private law from a comparative perspective. The paper analyzes the legal systems of different countries to identify commonalities and differences in approaches to inheritance. Particular attention is given to the study of international treaties and conventions that regulate inheritance relations, as well as the analysis of judicial practice and doctrine. The conclusions of the work emphasize the need to develop international standards and unified norms to simplify inheritance procedures in an international context, increase legal awareness among citizens, and introduce alternative methods for resolving inheritance disputes.Item ПРОБЛЕМАТИКА І ПОЕТИКА ДЕТЕКТИВНИХ ТВОРІВ ЄВГЕНІЇ КОНОНЕНКО «ІМІТАЦІЯ» ТА ОЛЬГИ ТОКАРЧУК «ВЕДИ СВІЙ ПЛУГ ПОНАД КІСТКАМИ МЕРТВИХ»(2023) Тимошенко, В. Ю.Робота присвячена аналізу роману Євгенії Кононенко «Імітація» та роману Ольги Токарчук «Веди свій плуг понад кістками мертвих» у порівняльному аспекті. У першому розділі розглянуто наукові засади дослідження, зокрема жанрові різновиди детективних творів та специфіку жіночої прози в детективному художньому просторі ХХІ століття. У другому розділі досліджено художню специфіку та проблематику творів «Імітація» Євгенії Кононенко та «Веди свій плуг понад кістками мертвих» Ольги Токарчук. У висновках констатовано, що твори української та польської письменниць мають подібне жанрово-тематичне тло. Обидві авторки яскраво висвітлюють мотиви поведінки людей, психоемоційні стани злочинців, паралельні лінії сюжету з другорядними персонажами та їх вплив на основні події. Ці твори ще раз доводять, що жіночий детектив, заслуговує особливої уваги через трансформацію традиційних гендерних стереотипів, особливе художнє зображення подій письменницею-жінкою та посідає важливе місце у сучасних українській та польській літературах. The work is devoted to the comparative analysis of Evgenia Kononenko's novel "Imitation" and Olga Tokarchuk's novel "Plow Your Plow оver the Bones of the Dead". The first chapter examines the scientific basis of the research, in particular the genre varieties of detective works and the specifics of women's prose in the detective art space of the 21st century. In the second chapter, the artistic specificity and problematic of the works "Imitation" by Yevgenia Kononenko and "Drive your plow over the bones of the dead" by Olga Tokarchuk are investigated. The conclusions state that the works of Ukrainian and Polish women writers have a similar genre and thematic background. Both authors vividly highlight the motives of people's behavior, psycho-emotional states of criminals, parallel plot lines with minor characters and their influence on the main events. These works once again prove that the female detective deserves special attention due to the transformation of traditional gender stereotypes, a special artistic depiction of events by a female writer, and occupies an important place in modern Ukrainian and Polish literature.Item ПРОБЛЕМАТИКА І ПОЕТИКА ТВОРІВ ІРЕН РОЗДОБУДЬКО «АРСЕН» ТА ЙОАННИ ЯГЕЛЛО «КАВА З КАРДАМОНОМ»(2022) Лобойко, Я. О.Робота присвячена аналізу повісті Ірен Роздобудько «Арсен» та роману Йоанни Ягелло «Кава з кардамоном» у порівняльному аспекті. У першому розділі розглянуто наукові засади дослідження, зокрема підліткову тему в українській та європейській літературі та особливості жіночої прози в літературі 21 століття. У другому розділі досліджено художню специфіку та проблематику творів «Арсен» Ірен Роздобудько та «Кава з кардамоном» Йоанни Ягелло. У висновках констатовано, що твори української та польської письменниць мають чимало подібностей на тематичному і композиційному рівнях. Обидві авторки докладно змальовують коло спілкування своїх головних героїв і використовують детективні елементи. Ці твори є яскравим свідченням того, що підліткова тематика посідає важливе місце у сучасних українській та польській літературах. The work is devoted to the analysis of Irene Rozdobudko's story "Arsen" and Yoanna Jagello's novel "Coffee with Cardamom" in a comparative aspect. In the first chapter, the scientific basis of the research is considered, in particular, the teenage theme in Ukrainian and European literature and the peculiarities of women's prose in the literature of the 21st century. In the second chapter, the artistic specificity and problematic of the works "Arsen" by Irene Rozdobudko and "Coffee with Cardamom" by Yoanna Jagello are investigated. The conclusions state that the works of Ukrainian and Polish women writers have many similarities at the thematic and compositional levels. Both authors describe in detail the social circle of their main characters and use detective elements. О.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто питання художніх особливостей повісті Володимира Арєнєва «Бісова душа, або Заклятий Скарб» та збірки Анджея Сапковського «Відьмак. Останнє бажання». Проаналізовано ознаки фентезі як жанру мистецтва слова, порівняно фольклорно-міфілогічні елементи в аналізованих творах. The qualifying work considers the issues of artistic features of Volodymyr Arenev's novel "The Devil's Soul, or the Cursed Treasure" and Andrzej Sapkowski's collection "The Witcher. The last wish ". The signs of fantasy as a genre of word art are analyzed, the folklore-mythological elements in the analyzed works are compared.Item СПЕЦИФІКА ВІДТВОРЕННЯ ДЕТЕКТИВНИХ ТЕКСТІВ (ТЕКСТ-ТИПОЛОГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ)(2021) Жолква, А. В.Метою науково-дослідницької роботи є виявлення основних особливостей при відтворені англомовних детективних текстів українською мовою за допомогою порівняльного аналізу англомовного детективу Р. Стаута «Дзвінок у двері» та його україномовного перекладу який виконав Олекса Ловгиненко. Завдяки порівняльному аналізу було виявлено низку граматичних, лексичних та стилістичних трансформацій, які перекладач використовував під час свого перекладу аби максимально адаптувати текст оригіналу для україномовного читача. The aim of the research work is to identify the main features in the reproduction of English-language detective texts in Ukrainian with the help of a comparative analysis of the English-language detective R. Stout's "The Doorbell Rang" and its Ukrainian-language translation by Alexey Lovhinenko. The comparative analysis revealed a number of grammatical, lexical and stylistic transformations, which the translator used during his translation to adapt the text of the original for the Ukrainian-speaking reader.Item ФРАЗЕОЛОГІЗМИ В ІРОНІЧНИХ ДЕТЕКТИВАХ (НА МАТЕРІАЛІ ТВОРІВ Д. ДОНЦОВОЇ ТА О. МАРІНІНОЇ)(2020) Горбушина, Д. Д.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню використання фразеологічних одиниць в іронічних детективах Д. Донцової та О. Марініної. Одним із складних та перспективних напрямів сучасної фразеології російської мови є використання фразеологічних одиниць у творах художньої літератури, зокрема в досягненнях новітньої масової літератури. У теоретичній частині дослідження розглядаємо основні особливості поняття фразеологізму як одиниці мови, критерії та класифікації фразеологізмів на сучасному етапі розвитку лінгвістики, прийоми трансформацій фразеологізмів у творах художньої літератури, специфіку стилістичних можливостей фразеологічних одиниць та їх використання в художніх текстах. Практична частина роботи присвячена аналізу вживання традиційних та індивідуально-авторських способів трансформацій фразеологізмів у детективах Д. Донцової та О. Марініної. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the use of phraseological units in ironic detectives by D. Dontsova and O. Marinina. One of the most complex and promising areas of modern phraseology of the Russian language is the use of phraseological units in works of fiction, in particular in the achievements of modern mass literature. In the theoretical part of the research, we consider the main features of the concept of phraseology as a unit of language, criteria and classifications of phraseological units at the present stage of linguistics development, techniques for transforming phraseological units in works of fiction, the specifics of stylistic capabilities of phraseological units and their use in literary texts. The practical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of the use of traditional and individual author's methods of transformation of phraseological units in detectives by D. Dontsova and O. Marinina.
