Item ТРАНСКОРДОННЕ СПІВРОБІТНИЦТВО В ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ДЕРЖАВНОЇ ПРИКОРДОННОЇ СЛУЖБИ УКРАЇНИ : ПРОБЛЕМИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ(2024) Ткач, А. О.Магістерська робота на тему «Транскордонне співробітництво в діяльності Державної прикордонної служби України: проблеми та перспективи» присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових основ, нормативно-правового забезпечення, функцій та повноважень Державної прикордонної служби України (ДПСУ) у сфері транскордонного співробітництва. У першому розділі аналізуються поняття, ознаки та зміст транскордонного співробітництва, його принципи, функції та організаційно-правові форми, а також нормативно-правова база, що регулює діяльність у цій сфері. Другий розділ спрямований на визначення ролі ДПСУ у транскордонному співробітництві, зокрема у забезпеченні національної безпеки, а також на виявлення проблем та перспектив розвитку цього напряму. Робота містить науково обґрунтовані висновки, практичні рекомендації щодо оптимізації транскордонного співробітництва ДПСУ, а також пропозиції щодо вдосконалення нормативно-правового забезпечення. Зміст роботи сприятиме підвищенню ефективності діяльності ДПСУ у сфері транскордонного співробітництва, особливо в умовах сучасних викликів та загроз.. The master's thesis titled "Cross-Border Cooperation in the Activities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine: Challenges and Prospects" is dedicated to examining the theoretical and legal foundations, regulatory framework, functions, and powers of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGSU) in the field of cross-border cooperation. The first chapter analyzes the concept, features, and essence of cross-border cooperation, its principles, functions, organizational and legal forms, as well as the regulatory framework governing activities in this area. The second chapter focuses on defining the role of the SBGSU in cross-border cooperation, particularly in ensuring national security, and identifying challenges and prospects for the development of this area. The thesis provides scientifically grounded conclusions, practical recommendations for optimizing cross-border cooperation of the SBGSU, and proposals for improving the regulatory framework. The qualification work on the topic "The Role and Functions of the National Police in Ensuring Public Safety" explores the theoretical and legal foundations, practical aspects, and prospects for the activities of the National Police of Ukraine in the field of public safety. The study defines the concept, characteristics, and components of public safety, analyzes the legal framework, principles, and functions of police activities. М.У кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено теоретичні аспекти молодіжного туризму: визначено сутність, історію та особливості молодіжного туризму, досліджено особливості організації. Проведено аналіз ресурсного забезпечення Південного регіону та мотиваційних пріоритетів молоді: розкрито ресурсний потенціал Південного регіону для розвитку молодіжного туризму, проведено діагностику формування вподобань споживачів молодіжного туризму. Розроблено інноваційний тур, розрахований на дану цільову аудиторію та визначено перспективи розвитку молодіжного туризму в Південному регіону. The theoretical aspects of youth tourism are considered in the work: defined the essence, history and features of young tourism, features of the organization are investigated. The analysis of resource provision of the Southern region and motivational priorities of youth is carried out: the resource potential of the Southern region for the development of youth tourism is revealed, diagnostics of formation of preferences of consumers of youth tourism is carried out.
