Item РОЗРОБКА СТРАТЕГІЇ РОЗВИТКУ У СФЕРІ РЕСТОРАННОГО БІЗНЕСУ(2024) Половинка, В. О.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженні розробки стратегії розвитку ресторанного бізнесу, зокрема визначення основних напрямків для досягнення стійкого зростання та конкурентних переваг. Аналізується ринкова ситуація, тенденції галузі та потреби цільової аудиторії, що дозволяє розмістити ключові фактори успіху. Розроблено пропозиції щодо оптимізації операційних процесів, покращення якості обслуговування, розширення асортименту та впровадження інноваційних технологій. Окрема увага приділена питанням маркетингових стратегій, брендингу та залучення нових клієнтів. Висновки підкреслюють зміну використання гнучкості у стратегії адаптації до ринку. Пропоновані рекомендації спрямовані на підвищення ефективності бізнесу. The qualification work is devoted to the study of the development of a restaurant business development strategy, in particular, the identification of the main directions for achieving sustainable growth and competitive advantages. The market situation, industry trends and the needs of the target audience are analyzed, which allows us to place the key success factors. Proposals are developed to optimize operational processes, improve service quality, expand the range and introduce innovative technologies. Special attention is paid to the issues of marketing strategies, branding and attracting new customers. The conclusions emphasize the change in the use of flexibility in the strategy of adapting to the market. І.Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена обґрунтуванню сучасного стану розвитку малого та середнього підприємництва, а також формулюванню подальших перспектив та стратегій розвитку. Малі та середні підприємництва є незамінною частиною соціально-економічної системи країни, яка забезпечує стабільність ринкових відносин та залучає значну частину громадян. Розвиток підприємництва можливий лише в контексті концептуально збалансованої системи національно-правових заходів, спрямованих на економіку, суспільство, інформацію, освіту та інші типи підтримки малого бізнесу. В ході роботи було надано правову характеристику сфери малого та середнього підприємництва, характеристику зарубіжного досвіду в сфері підприємництва та стратегії розвитку. Qualification work is devoted to substantiation of the current state of development of small and medium business, as well as the formulation of further prospects and development strategies. Small and medium enterprises are an indispensable part of the country's socio-economic system, which ensures the stability of market relations and attracts a significant part of citizens. Entrepreneurship development is possible only in the context of a conceptually balanced system of national legal measures aimed at the economy, society, information, education and other types of small business support.
