Item ОЦІНКА ЯКОСТІ ЖИТТЯНЕПОВНОСПРАВНИХ ОСІБ В УМОВАХ ВОЄННИХ ДІЙ(2025) Жижеря, О. О.У дипломній роботі здійснено комплексний аналіз умов життя осіб з інвалідністю в контексті воєнних дій в Україні. Розглянуто соціальні, медичні, психологічні та економічні аспекти, що впливають на якість життя неповносправних осіб. Особливу увагу приділено доступності медичної реабілітації, програм протезування, соціального захисту та підтримки з боку держави й громадських організацій. На основі результатів соціологічного опитування визначено рівень задоволеності респондентів умовами проживання, доступом до медичних і соціальних послуг, а також рівнем інтеграції у суспільство. Виявлено, що значна частина осіб з інвалідністю стикається з труднощами у реалізації основних прав через руйнування інфраструктури, обмежену мобільність і недостатню увагу до інклюзивності в умовах війни. У роботі також представлено порівняльний аналіз змін у якості життя осіб з інвалідністю до та після початку широкомасштабних бойових дій. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо покращення доступності соціальних і медичних послуг, посилення державної підтримки та створення сприятливого середовища для реінтеграції осіб з інвалідністю в активне суспільне життя. This thesis presents a comprehensive analysis of the living conditions of persons with disabilities in the context of military conflict in Ukraine. It examines social, medical, psychological, and economic factors that influence the quality of life for disabled individuals. Special attention is given to the accessibility of medical rehabilitation, prosthetics programs, social protection, and support provided by the state and non-governmental organizations. Based on the results of a sociological survey, the level of satisfaction among respondents was assessed regarding living conditions, access to medical and social services, and societal integration. The findings indicate that many persons with disabilities face significant obstacles in exercising their fundamental rights due to infrastructure destruction, limited mobility, and insufficient inclusiveness during wartime. The thesis also provides a comparative analysis of changes in quality of life before and after the escalation of full-scale hostilities. Recommendations are offered to improve access to essential services, strengthen governmental support, and foster an inclusive environment that enables the reintegration of disabled individuals into active social life.Item ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ФІЗИЧНОЇ ТЕРАПІЇ ПРИ ДЕГЕНЕРАТИВНО-ДИСТРОФІЧНИХ ЗМІНАХ ПОПЕРЕКОВОГО ВІДДІЛУ ХРЕБТА У ПАЦІЄНТІВ ПРАЦЕЗДАТНОГО ВІКУ(2025) Чепелюк, А. В.Ця кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню ефективності фізичної терапії при дегенеративно-дистрофічних змінах поперекового відділу хребта в пацієнтів працездатного віку. Ця проблема є однією з найпоширеніших патологій опорно-рухового апарату, що вражає значну частину дорослого населення, особливо осіб працездатного віку. Епідеміологічні дослідження свідчать, що до 80% дорослих стикаються з проблемами поперекового відділу хребта протягом життя, що призводить до суттєвих соціально-економічних наслідків. Ця патологія є однією з основних причин тимчасової втрати працездатності та інвалідизації, що призводить до значних економічних втрат як на індивідуальному, так і на суспільному рівнях. Дослідження в цій сфері мають вагоме значення не лише для лікування, але й для розробки профілактичних заходів, спрямованих на попередження розвитку дегенеративно-дистрофічних змін у осіб групи ризику. Комплексний підхід до вивчення ефективності фізичної терапії дозволить оптимізувати реабілітаційний процес, зменшити термін непрацездатності та покращити якість життя пацієнтів. Таким чином, актуальність дослідження ефективності фізичної терапії при дегенеративно-дистрофічних змінах поперекового відділу хребта у пацієнтів працездатного віку обумовлена необхідністю вдосконалення існуючих та розробки нових підходів до лікування та профілактики цієї патології, що має суттєве медико-соціальне та економічне значення. This thesis is dedicated to the study of the effectiveness of physical therapy in managing degenerative-dystrophic changes in the lumbar spine in working-age patients. This issue is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders, affecting a significant portion of the adult population, particularly individuals of working age. Epidemiological studies indicate that up to 80% of adults experience lumbar spine problems during their lifetime, leading to considerable socio-economic consequences. This pathology is one of the primary causes of temporary disability and long-term incapacity, resulting in substantial economic losses both at the individual and societal levels. Research in this area is of great importance not only for treatment purposes but also for the development of preventive measures aimed at reducing the risk of degenerative-dystrophic changes in at-risk populations. A comprehensive approach to studying the effectiveness of physical therapy will help optimize the rehabilitation process, reduce the duration of disability, and improve patients' quality of life. Therefore, the relevance of researching the effectiveness of physical therapy in degenerative-dystrophic changes of the lumbar spine in working-age patients is driven by the need to improve existing and develop new approaches to the treatment and prevention of this pathology, which holds significant medical, social, and economic importance.Item ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ РОБОТИ З МЕТОЮ НАДАННЯ ДОПОМОГИ ВНУТРІШНЬО ПЕРЕМІЩЕНИМ ОСОБАМ З ІНВАЛІДНІСТЮ(2023) Продченко, К. Проаналізовано актуальні проблеми соціального захисту людей з інвалідністю в умовах війни. Розкрили специфіку функціонування системи соціальної допомоги особам з інвалідністю за статусом ВПО в Україні. Дослідили технології співпраці суб’єктів соціальної роботи для вирішення проблем осіб з інвалідністю – ВПО в Україні. Надали рекомендації щодо організації соціальної допомоги внутрішньо переміщеним особам з інвалідністю в Україні. The work is dedicated to providing assistance to internally displaced persons. The main methods and forms of social assistance to internally displaced persons with disabilities in Ukraine have been determined. Current problems of social protection of people with disabilities in the conditions of war are analyzed. The specifics of the functioning of the system of social assistance to persons with disabilities based on the status of IDPs in Ukraine were revealed. Researched the technologies of cooperation of social work subjects to solve the problems of persons with disabilities - IDPs in Ukraine. The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the life cycle of a family raising a child with a disability, its functions and structure are determined. There are highlighted the content and tasks of socio-pedagogical support of a child with disabilities in a preschool educational institution and ways to create an inclusive environment for it. С.У роботі подана характеристика дітей з інвалідністю як об’єктів дискримінації. На основі досліджень проблеми булінгу визначено вимоги до організації безпечного освітнього середовища. Проаналізовано соціально-педагогічну технологію профілактики булінгу в освітньому середовищі та форми її реалізації, описана методика ситуаційно-інтерактивного театру як форми профілактичної роботи. The paper describes children with disabilities as objects of discrimination. Based on research on the problem of bullying, the requirements for the organization of a safe educational environment are determined. The socio-pedagogical technology of bullying prevention in the educational environment and forms of its implementation are analyzed, the technique of situational-interactive theater as a form of preventive work is described.
