    В умовах війни та економічної нестабільності перед суб’єктами господарювання постають питання стабільності їх діяльності, що впливає на структуру капіталу. Фінансові ресурси є основою господарської діяльності, визначаючи її безперебійність, платоспроможність, рентабельність та ліквідність. Метою роботи є визначення теоретичних та практичних аспектів формування фінансових ресурсів для їх оптимізації. Завдання включають дослідження поняття «фінансові ресурси», процесу їх формування, класифікації, оцінки використання та аналізу власного і позикового капіталу. Робота застосовує статистичний, узагальнюючий, абстрактно-логічний та порівняльний методи дослідження. In conditions of war and economic instability, business entities face questions about the stability of their operations, which affects their capital structure. Financial resources are the foundation of business activities, determining their continuity, solvency, profitability, and liquidity. The aim of this work is to identify the theoretical and practical aspects of forming financial resources for their optimization. The tasks include studying the concept of "financial resources," the process of their formation, classification, evaluation of their use, and analysis of own and borrowed capital. The work employs statistical, summarizing, abstract-logical, and comparative research methods.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню обліку та аудиту основних засобів на прикладі ПрАТ«Херсонський хлібокомбінат». На сьогоднішній день без використання основних засобів не можливо здійснити господарську діяльність будь-якого підприємства. Ефективними управлінськими рішеннями стосовно основних засобів передбачається чітко організований, раціональний облік операцій з основними засобами. Але наразі на шляху багатьох підприємств зустрічаються чимало проблем, пов’язаних із податковим і фінансовим обліком і аудитом основних засобів. Тому на сьогодні вивчення та вдосконалення аудиту основних засобів є актуальним питанням як запорука ведення обліку основних засобів з дотриманням вимог чинного законодавства. The qualification work is devoted to the study of accounting and auditing of fixed assets on the example of PrJSC "Kherson Bakery Plant". To date, it is impossible to carry out the economic activity of any enterprise without the use of fixed assets. Effective management decisions regarding fixed assets require clearly organized, rational accounting of operations with fixed assets. But many enterprises are currently faced with many problems related to tax and financial accounting and auditing of fixed assets. Therefore, today, studying and improving the audit of fixed assets is an urgent issue as a guarantee of keeping records of fixed assets in compliance with the requirements of current legislation.

    Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню особливостей економічної діяльності різних європейських футбольних чемпіонатів. Сучасний європейський футбол з великою кількістю легіонерів вже давно став інтернаціональним, де спортсмени ведуть боротьбу винятково для отримання значних фінансових винагород. Проте необхідно відмітити, що існує перспектива подальших досліджень яка пов’язана з вивченням правових аспектів діяльності в європейському футболі, соціальної захищеності спортсменів, особливостей відбору гравців до ліги, організації змагальної діяльності та системи проведення змагань. Qualification work is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of economic activity of various European football championships. Modern European football with a large number of legionnaires has long been international, where athletes fight exclusively for significant financial rewards. However, it should be noted that there is a prospect of further research related to the study of legal aspects of European football, social protection of athletes, the selection of players for the league, the organization of competitive activities and the system of competition.
