It is devoted to the study of the essence of the general theoretical characteristics of crimes related to computer technology and information systems, the study of crimes related to computer technology and information systems and ways to increase the effectiveness of their investigation. БОДЛЕРА «КВІТИ ЗЛА»(2021) Урюпін, О. С.У кваліфікаційній роботі розглянуто передумови виникнення і своєрідність символізму як літературної течії та її місце у літературному процесі Франції, роль і місце творчості Ш. Бодлера як митця-символіста у розвитку французької поезії ХIХ століття, генезис та своєрідність художнього світу збірки «Квіти зла», художньо-образні параметри індивідуально-творчої позиції поета у розкритті провідних мотивів збірки. Цілісний та системний аналіз художнього феномену збірки Ш. Бодлера «Квіти зла» як знакової у його творчій діяльності забезпечує усвідомлення своєрідності і вагомості естетично-екзистентної ролі і місця митця як творчої персоналії-символіста літературного простору Франції ХІХ століття та її впливу на європейський літературний процес в цілому. Адекватний стан наукового вивчення спадщини митця в умовах сьогодення в аспекті систематизації та комплексного аналітичного зрізу провідних образно-художніх авторських концептів символістської збірки «Квіти зла» постійно ідентифікує продовження досліджень його творчості як системно-цілісного творчого процесу. In qualifying work, the preconditions of the emergence and peculiarity of the symbolism as a literary current and its place in the literary process of France, the role and place of creativity Sh. Bodler "Flowers of Evil" as a sign of its creative activity ensures awareness of the peculiarity and importance of aesthetic-existent role and place of the artist as a creative personnel-symbolist of the literary space of France of the nineteenth century and its influence on the European literary process in general. Adequate state of scientific study of the artist's legacy in the current conditions in the aspect of systematization and comprehensive analytical cut of leading figurative-artistic copyright concepts of the symbolist collection "Flowers of evil" constantly identifies the continuation of research on its creativity as a system-holistic creative process.Item ҐЕНЕЗА ІСТОРИЧНО-СТАЛИХ ТА НОВІТНІХ НАПРЯМКІВ СУЧАСНОГО ХОРЕОГРАФІЧНОГО МИСТЕЦТВА(2021) Ляшенко, Я. В.Активний розвиток сучасного хореографічного мистецтва народжує більше можливостей для того, аби хореографія наповнювалася, видозмінювалася та збагачувалася цікавим змістом. Кожен її напрям, не зважаючи на незмінну систему провідних технічних канонів та засобів пластичного вираження, невпинно знаходиться на шляху творчого шукання досі не бачених прийомів. розвиток мистецтва ХХІ століття загалом та хореографічного, зокрема, відбувається в тісному взаємозв’язку між традиціями та інноваціями, що є детермінантою для появи нових форм та жанрів. У сучасному мистецькому просторі бачимо чимало хореографічних колективів та хореографів-постановників, які своєю інколи «експериментаторською» суб’єктивною позицією гідно представляють вітчизняне хореографічне мистецтво на європейській сцені. The active development of modern choreographic art creates more opportunities for choreography to be filled, modified and enriched with interesting content. Each of its directions, despite the unchanging system of leading technical canons and means of plastic expression, is constantly on the path of creative search for hitherto unseen techniques. The development of XXI century art in general and choreography in particular takes place in a close relationship between tradition and innovation, which is a determinant for the emergence of new forms and genres. In the modern art space we see a lot of choreographic groups and choreographers-producers, who with their sometimes "experimental" subjective position worthily represent the domestic choreographic art on the European stage.Item СИМВОЛІКА У ПОЕЗІЇ ДЖОРДЖА БАЙРОНА І ТАРАСА ШЕВЧЕНКА(2020) Попова, О. В.Кваліфікаційна робота складається зі вступу, двох розділів, висновків та списку використаних джерел. Загальний обсяг роботи становить 53 сторінки. Об’єктом досліджень є поезія Джорджа Байрона і Тараса Шевченка. Предметом дослідження є символічні мотиви й образи у творах цих поетів. Метою кваліфікаційної роботи є з’ясування типологічно спільних й оригінальних рис символіки у поезії Джорджа Байрона і Тараса Шевченка. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи розглянуто розвиток теорії символу, представлені різні погляди на нього та його інтерпретація у сучасному літературознавстві. У другому розділі досліджено міфологічні джерела та імагологічні аспекти символіки Дж. Байрона і Т. Шевченка, проаналізована символізація біблійних мотивів та образів у їхніх текстах. У кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано особливості символіки у творах Тараса Шевченка і Джорджа Байрона. У результаті дослідження ми дійшли висновку, що твори англійського та українського поетів збагатили світову літературу символізованими мотивами й образами міфологічного, біблійного, історичного, екзотичного походження, пройнятими пафосом свободи і тираноборства. У творах Т. Шевченка утверджувався ідеал вільної особистості, тісно пов’язаної зі своєю землею та народом, у той час для Дж. Байрона символом вільної особистості був герой-одинак, який шукає свободу у далеких краях. Qualification work consists of an introduction, two sections, conclusions and a list of sources used. The total volume of the work is 53 pages. The object of research is the poetry of George Byron and Taras Shevchenko. The subject of research is symbolic motifs and images in the works of these poets. The purpose of the qualification work is to clarify the typologically common and original features of symbolism in the poetry of George Byron and Taras Shevchenko. The first section of the qualification work considers the development of the theory of the symbol, presents different views on it and its interpretation in modern literary criticism. The second section examines the mythological sources and imagological aspects of the symbolism of J. Byron and T. Shevchenko, analyzes the symbolization of biblical motifs and images in their texts. The qualifying work analyzes the features of symbolism in the works of Taras Shevchenko and George Byron. As a result of the research we came to the conclusion that the works of English and Ukrainian poets enriched world literature with symbolized motifs and images of mythological, biblical, historical, exotic origin, imbued with the pathos of freedom and tyranny. The works of Taras Shevchenko affirmed the ideal of a free personality, closely connected with his land and people, while for J. Byron the symbol of a free personality was a lone hero who seeks freedom in distant lands.
