Item Розробка концепції ресторану італійської кухні(2020) Клюцевська, А. В.У кваліфікаційній роботі на здобуття ступеня магістра розглядається актуальна в наш час тема розробки концепції і створення нового закладу італійської кухні . У роботі було розглянуто стан ресторанного господарства в Україні, а також норми, яких повинні дотримуватись підприємства задля того, щоб мати можливість працювати та надавати послуги гостям. Була розроблена концепція та логотип нового ресторану «Bellini». Розраховано площі заготівельних цехів, кількість обладнання та розроблено концептуальне меню, а також проаналізовано санітарно-гігієнічне забезпечення на підприємстві. In the qualification work for the master's degree considers the current theme is the development of the concept and creation of a new institution of Italian cuisine. The paper considers the state of the restaurant industry of Ukraine, as well as the norms that companies must comply with in order to be able to work and provide services to guests. The concept and a logo of the new restaurant "Bellini" were developed. The areas of procurement shops and equipment was calculated. Also a conceptual menu was developed, too. В.В кваліфікаційній роботі представлено використання прийомів експресіонізму при виконанні твору олійного живопису.У процесі роботи розглядалися такі розділи як: Експресіонізм у живописі; Технологія створення творчої роботи у техніці олійного живопису з використанням прийомів експресіонізму. Були зроблені висновки щодо ефективності та переваг прийомів експресіонізму в олійному живописі. The qualification work presents the use of expressionism techniques in the performance of a work of oil painting.In the course of work such sections were considered as: Expressionism in painting; The technology of creating creative work in the technique of oil painting using the techniques of expressionism. Conclusions were made about the effectiveness and benefits of expressionism techniques in oil painting.Item ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПОЄДНАННЯ ОБРАЗОТВОРЧИХ ТЕХНІК ПРИ СТВОРЕННІ ТВОРЧОЇ КОМПОЗИЦІЇ(2020) Гасанова, Н. І.В кваліфікаційній роботі представлено приклад поєднання образотворчих технік при створенні творчої композиції. У процесі роботи розглядалися такі розділи як: основні техніки образотворчого мистецтва, можливі поєднання технік та їх специфіка; концепція твору й поетапне виконання творчої роботи. Були зроблені висновки щодо процесу та можливостей поєднання технік під час створення творчої композиції. The qualifying work presents an example of a combination of visual techniques in creating a creative composition. In the course of work such sections as were considered: the basic techniques of fine arts, possible combinations of techniques and their specificity; the concept of the work and the gradual implementation of creative work. Conclusions were made about the process and possibilities of combining techniques in creating a creative composition.
