О.В роботі виявлено властивості маркетингової інформації як особливого ресурсу розвитку підприємства, що визначають ефективність її цільового використання ¬при прийнятті та обґрунтуванні маркетингових рішень. Уточнено категоріально-понятійний апарат, пов'язаний з обґрунтуванням сутності та взаємозв'язку наступних понять: «інформаційне − забезпечення» − «інформаційна система» − «система інформації»; виявлено та структуровано інформаційні потреби маркетингової ¬діяльності. Розроблено концепцію формування системи інформаційного забезпечення рекламної діяльності. Запропоновано напрями формування маркетингової інформаційної ¬системи промислового підприємства. The work reveals the properties of marketing information as a special resource for the development of the enterprise, which determine the effectiveness of its targeted use when making and justifying marketing decisions. The categorical and conceptual apparatus related to the substantiation of the essence and relationship of the following concepts has been clarified: "information - provision" - "information system" - "information system"; the information needs of marketing activities are identified and structured. The concept of forming a system of information support for advertising activities has been developed. М.У роботі проаналізовано роль підготовки фахівців соціальної сфери, зокрема наявність інформаційного ресурсу, сутність інформаційних технології у вищому закладі освіти, особливості інформаційного забезпечення підготовки студентів ОП 231 «Соціальна робота» у вищих закладах освіти; досліджено актуальні проблеми підготовки соціальних працівників у ВЗО та використання інтернет-ресурсів у процесі підготовки соціальних працівників, окреслено напрями розширення доступу студентів до джерел інформації. The role of training of social specialists is analyzed in the work, in particular the availability of information resources, the essence of information technologies in higher education, features of information support of training of students of OP 231 "Social work" in higher education; the topical problems of training social workers in HEIs and the use of Internet resources in the process of training social workers are studied, the directions of expanding students' access to information sources are outlined.
